Endless Waltz

History has a way of repeating itself. To be more specific, everything we do follows a similar path and the difference between one thing versus another is simply scale. It all starts with a catalyst; something that sparks a passion. That passion emanates out like an explosion and starts the chain reaction of change. Eventually, this force meets and from that meeting comes conflict. The conflict brings change, often at the cost of that which is dear to us. Finally, when the conflict settles, the world stabilizes and all is well until passion meets passion again. This is the common movement of all things human, be it a relationship between lovers, relations amongst countries, or the division of power at your work place. Such is the way it goes. And so, in recognition of this beautiful and bittersweet dance, our endless waltz of life, I offer this blend. Gunpowder green represents the first step of revolution, the new and exciting, with its full and bold flavor. The second step Blood Orange offers a tang to the mix, sharp and colorful (not discounting of course the obvious link between blood and war). The last step Chamomile brings the citrus-savory conflict to a close, subtlety calming the palate. I hope when you smell this blend for the first time or take that virgin sip, you will experience the dance too and find yourself coming back for more. After all, history has a way of repeating itself.
