For any Avatar: The Last Airbender fans, I've made this tea in honor of the tea legend and my hero Iroh. It takes his favorite of teas: Jasmin, and throws in the wonderful spices of the Masala Chai that to me screams Fire Nation. A touch of cream and you have a Tea fit for a king...fire lord.... you know what i mean.
Moderate caffeine | Steep at 212° for 5 mins

The inspiration for this tea was obviously my hero 'Uncle' Iroh from the hit tv show Avatar: The Last Airbender. I have been really getting into teas lately, and after doing some research on Iroh, I was surprised to see that no one had made an Iroh tea yet, and thus, I was compelled to.
