Classic earl grey with a heavier citrus note from brightly fragrant orange peel. Cream and lightly sweet Tiger Eye round out the cup. Strong, brightly fresh, and more than capable of standing on its own. No cream or sugar necessary.

A Levi tea needs to be strong, well rounded, and maybe something that doesn't need cream and sugar. I was reminded of an old Russian variant of Earl Grey that had a killer Bergamot note. Perfect.
