To capture the essence of the mysterious DI Alec Hardy, masterfully played by David Tennant, I have combined Earl Grey Moonlight with Pu Erh Spice and Pu Erh Chorange teas and inclusions of lemon balm, cranberries and orange peels. Added bonus, pu erh teas have fat burning properties and chocolate is good for your heart :) Special thanks go to Ginger Crawford aka tenner for the hauntingly beautiful graphic used for the label!
