The cake hat is an item in Japanese street fashion- no, it's not actual cake. But it is a hat that looks like cake, and I have an irrational love of them. This irrational love of cake hats is matched only by my irrational love of sprinkles- so I set out to create a tea that would be worthy of having sprinkles in it.
