Chai is, hands down, my favorite tea flavor. I like it served the traditional way - sweet and with milk/cream. But after recently cutting sugar and reducing dairy I needed a way to get my fix. By mixing chai with the sweetness of caramel and just a touch of fresh cream, this may just be a way to get my fix.
