One of my favorite British sweets is the infamous Terry's Chocolate Orange. The THWACK! when you break it apart and the slow consumption of each individual piece... ahh, heaven. I wanted to invoke those flavors in a tea for a calorie-free treat. Rich Irish breakfast and chocolate chai to balance out the bitterness. Orange herbal tea and orange peels to bring in that bright citrus flavors. The perfect combination of chocolate and orange.
