Inspired by Twyla's blend 201213. My blend will be 2g dry tea from this tin/bag with the blueberries torn into pieces to better access their flavor. I steep at ***180/3***. (My goal for the black tea is to have it augment the blueberry flavor of the White Blueberry tea rather than contribute a black tea taste.) After the tea has cooled enough so that the cup feels comfortable to the touch, I add 1g of another company's Vanilla Matcha for its flavor and health benefit. The time lapse allows the steeped tea to cool to a temperature of about 170 degrees for the matcha. I did buy an instant read thermometer, but it's not really necessary.
As of 1-17-26, the small tin I purchased still contains the original 50 White Blueberry, 30 Decaf Blueberry, and 20 Vanilla Green with triple blueberry accents. I'm going to change the tin formula to two teas & same accents only-- White Blueberry at 60 percent and Decaf Blueberry at 40 with the same triple blueberry accent. I'll home add blue cornflowers. I'll weigh out and steep 50 percent from the tin (at the former 180/3 steep suggestion containing green tea) then add 50 percent other company's Vanilla Matcha in lieu of the former green tea included. Changing tin contents in this record so I can order a bag of this great half blend as Adagio makes it.
