Because the Portland-Metro Blend was so popular at Oregon Tech's Wilsonville campus, we didn't want to leave the main campus out. We chose Puerh Dante for its deep earthiness to represent the mountainous region, and Summer Rose to represent the high desert. Currant felt like it rounded out the flavors nicely, and of course we added blue cornflowers to represent the school colors. The result is a nice earthy yet slightly-sweet brew that's perfect for cozying up under a blanket around a campfire.
