Arthur's humour and demeanour are certainly witty and dry enough, but if you make friends with him, you've got a friend for life. A bit insufferable and rough around the edges, Arthur's the kind of guy that's rather lovable if you bother to look under his drab outer shell.
Arthur Kirkland is a character from Axis Powers Hetalia by Himaruya Hidekaz. I am not Mister Hidekaz, therefore I do not own Arthur. I do hope this tea is good, though!
