My husband is in LOVE with apple pie. Maybe a bit more than me (sometimes). However, he always craves it at night, so I decided to make him this tea, reminiscent of apple pie. When you add some sugar (especially that rock sugar), some milk or cream, it's great to sip when you have a late night craving for apple pie.
