Appassionata Penberthy seems the sort of person who someone else might cut off from drinking black tea due to concerns about her caffeine consumption. Appassionata also seems the sort of person to try to get around that by drinking tea that is a clearer, more yellow-green color... but that still contains quite a bit of caffeine. After all, taking care of all the physical spaces of the shire of Mount Hope is a demanding job, and leading the guild responsible for doing so is perhaps the most demanding job of all. Appassionata needs all the energy she can muster to fulfill her duties as the Civics Guild leader, and this sneakily-caffeinated blend of Yerba Mate, White Peony, and Ginseng Green (with lemon verbena accents) should do the trick if Cornelius won't share the Irish Breakfast tea with her anymore.
