I brewed this tea at 212 degrees for about 3 minutes and added about half a tablespoon of brown sugar for sweetness as well as some sweet cream cold foam. The resulting tea is warm and flavorful. The brown sugar and cream really rounds out the flavors to give a delightfully warm spiced chocolate flavor with a juicy apple finish. Definitely brings to mind the FMC that inspired the blend with her love of hot chocolate and apple turnovers.
