Pansies and violas are flowers with the vigor or "spice" to endure cold winds and continue growing, even leaving seeds behind-- fruitful or mango-ish if you will. They continue growing in warmer spring weather which is likewise mango-like. Being small and agreeable may be their vanilla aspect. Love them in the garden. 195/5 for me and my kettle. :)
