Ive added 3 ceylons: currant, cream, and vanilla. The currant taste will be primary, with a fruity aroma and bitter but fruity taste. Undertones of vanilla to provide a richer and warmer taste, with a bit of cream ceylon to tie the whole thing together and make it smooth, and highlight the sweetness.
