A flavor created out of pure serendipity, after mixing together a peach ginger tea with a vanilla chai and drizzle of honey and splash of cream. I made a tea that somehow tasted exactly like a peach pie. This recipe has been updated with a hint of apricot for alittle extra fruitiness.
