An experimental blend of spiced pu-erh, gingerbread, and peach, great for a warm cup of tea on a cold day. The pu-erh and gingerbread teas work very well together, giving a warm, spiced flavor that isn't bitter or too-gingery. Instead of standing out as its own flavor, the peach adds a subtle sweetness that rounds out the overall flavor of the tea. There's a bit of a creamy aftertaste, too. I recommend a longer brew to draw out the best flavors, around 4-6 minutes.
