Dr. McCoys Mint (tea) Julep: lots of peppermint mixed with the vanilla and caramel notes reminiscent of good bourbon. (Whether you add actual bourbon is up to you!) Accented with cornflower petals for a hint of Starfleet Medical Blue. [Episode: TOS 1x25 This Side of Paradise] [NOTE: I've added a second version of this tea! "McCoy's Mint Julep Version 2" replaces the decaf vanilla with more caramel, and adds just a bit of lapsang souchong to get bourbon's hint of smokiness.]
