This tea was inspired by SandWings, a tribe of dragons from the book series Wings of Fire by Tui. T Sutherland. To reflect their desert biome in which they reside, I wanted to make a blend that could be iced to beat the heat. This blend has Grapefruit Oolong, Chamomile, and Hibiscus to bring out a sweet and tart flavour. Try it iced!
