This tea was inspired by childhood trips to the apple orchards and pumpkin farms of Afton, WI that my family used to take every fall when the leaves began to change. I love all of the sights and smells of autumn - the gooey sweetness and tartness of carameled apples, the decadent aroma of a baking pumpkin pie, and the sharp, spicy smell of hay and fallen leaves.
