Our family loves those almond windmill shaped cookies that only show up in the Fall (around here, anyways), so I decided to make a tea so that we can enjoy at least a semblance of them year round :D Tasting delightfully of almond, with a hint of vanilla and spice, I feel I have succeeded in doing so
