I wanted to create a smooth, sophisticated black tea for the Cyrodilics of Elder Scrolls, using mellow Chinese teas. And then I wanted to play with it, adding spice (cloves), sugar (sprinkles), and citrus (lemon verbena) to represent the three factions seeking to seize the Imperial City. Because if you can't have fun blending tea, what's the point?
