Inspired by Tevokkia's McHanzo fanfic, "Perfect Blend." This tea comes from Chapter 1. "The tea blend that Hanzo made was intended to give the general impression of an Egyptian tea while sill being very different: the Assam he used as a base would have been grown in India, while Egyptian tea is mainly imported from Kenya and Sri Lanka (but mostly Kenya). The ingredients for herbal tisanes - the flavor profile of which Hanzo was mimicking for Desert Spice - are often domestic crops. Chamomile and hibiscus are especially common. The Masala Chai comes with a base of Ceylon. Although Hanzo's tea doesn't mention chamomile or hibiscus, the author's note indicates that they would typically be used in Egyptian blends, so they made it into this tea.
