While visions of sugarplums danced in my head..... I made this blend as best I could to represent plum with what Adagio had available. I chose Currant. I also wanted to add the "sugar" part to the sugarplums, so I chose vanilla and almond- to create marzipan flavor. I then added rosehips for tang, to offset the sweetness of the blend. I hope that this is a good representation of Christmas sugarplums! Add cream and sugar and stir with a cinnamon stick for a yummy holiday treat!
