Put in just a little bit of sugar, about a teaspoon per cup for the sweet comforting vanilla caramel flavor, and the splash of blackberry to keep you up for a long night of work. We also recommend a touch of Almond Extract to really sink the warmth into your weary muscles, and a splash of milk if that's your style. We recommend 2 teaspoons of loose tea per 8 oz steeped for 3 minutes. Enjoy hot, or add a bit more sugar to cool it down and make a nice iced tea.
