I wanted to make a tea that reminded me of strawberry glazed donuts. I mixed a blend of Irish breakfast tea because I love it, some vanilla flavored black tea, and then strawberry flavored tea. Then to brighten it up, added in some sugary strawberry pieces.

My son is on the spectrum with severe ADHD and grew up with a lot of food issues and a metabolism that made it hard to keep weight on him. At one point we let him eat whatever he wanted, desperate to put weight on him. His favorite food turned out to be strawberry glazed donuts. Years later, and he's healthy with a wide food palate, but those donuts are his favorite special treat. I run a blog about being a single working mom with a kid on the spectrum and share our lives and how autism has touched it. I made the blend for myself and to share with the many kind people that stop by. I hope everyone likes Agent K's strawberry glazed donut tea.
