I prefer this iced. This does not taste like marshmallow to me but is a nice light apricot tea.

I prefer this iced. This does not taste like marshmallow to me but is a nice light apricot tea.
A gently sweet and flavored tea with a hint of marshmallow sugar. The sprinkles were very cute and the flavor was a nice treat!
Such an adorable and sweet way to get my Easter holiday started! Lovely blend of color and flavor. Loved the lil sprinkles.
2023: still good but every time I drink it I find myself wishing it had more creme flavor. I usually mix it with the blood orange or earl grey. Oinkight to make up for what it’s lacking.
2022: Loved this tea! Green rooibos is becoming my favorite for late-night decaf treats. The little bunny shaped sprinkles are great too but I usually eat them before they hit the water!
It tastes fine, if a bit artificial. It works better with honey.
A nice delicate tea with mild marshmallow flavor. Not something that I would reach for but nice to get into the Easter spirit!
My least favorite of the special adagio seasonal blends. This one is just a bit boring for me. Most of the flavoring tastes artificial added with rooibois which I’m not a huge fan of to begin with.
EDIT 4/9/2023: This time I cold brewed my Teaster Marshmallow and I really enjoyed it! It was a delightful, light sip with lots of fresh fruit flavors that didn’t taste artificial at all. From now on, I will be drinking it cold!
This is a very fun tea with all of its brightly colored sprinkles. To me it seemed that the flavors were pretty mild and I had difficulty detecting various ingredients but perhaps I didn’t have the water hot enough or the brew time long enough. I’m looking forward to experimenting more with this tea.
Big rooibos taste with a touch of vanilla. Liking this more than I thought I would. Don't need multiple bags but I will go through the 3 ounces. Creamy and better than most rooibos.
I absolutely loved the nutty taste that this tea has from the Green Rooibos. And then mix that with vanilla and it comes together to make a taste that's similar to vanilla and almond which I love. This one is fun and delicious for a night time dessert!
I truly enjoyed today's tea. I can taste the apple and vanilla in it. Yum!
Hmmm, a sweet marshmallow treat. I tried it hot this year, much better than my cold brewed concoction last year. I put in a slightly higher ratio of tea to water too and really enjoy this smooth mallow-like flavored tea.
In the bag: 90% of my packet is the finely chopped yellow and brown needles of green rooibos. A few apple pieces. Two sprinkles - one yellow, one pink. Several strands of marigold flowers.
On the nose (pre-steep): Distinct smell of faint hay. Nothing else. Clean nose feel. Mild intensity.
On the nose (post-steep): Similar to the pre-steep scent. The hay has a fresher quality, as if it was just cut. Accent of classic, woody rooibos.
On the tongue (pre-sweetener): Fresh hay and classic rooibos are in balance. Hint of vanilla. No natural sweetness or astringency.
On the tongue (post-sweetener): No change.
Opinion: Meh. Not much flavor here besides simple rooibos. If I were tasting this blind, I wouldn't know the difference. The sprinkles are cute, though.
Preparation: First steep 7 min, second steep 14 min. Both @ 212 ℉. ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener.
Updated from 4/17/22: Very tasty! Not a super-strong or overt marshmallow-y flavour, but the aroma from the packet definitely brings marshmallow energy. Green rooibos was a good base for this tea to allow the other flavours to shine. I like the subtle sweetness and that it's not bitter at all. Doesn't even need sweetener in my opinion.
A tasty & sweet caffeine-free treat! I really like Adagio's holiday-themed teas.
A sweet and fruity blend. It makes a great Easter treat.
I'm a sucker for vanilla, and this tea
satisfied my sweet tooth enough to keep me from raiding anyone's easter basket. I appreciated the presence of apricot; which is another one of my favorite flavors. Being caffeine free was the added bonus from this sweet little concoction.
I really liked this tea but it was off-cycle for an order. Maybe next time.
I think the vanilla crème was a bit too strong. I like that the tea was decaf.
UPDATED from 4/17/22: I have had this tea for years, and truly enjoy drinking it. The aroma coming from the dry ingredients is light fresh hay with creamy orange/vanilla overtones. There are the itty, bitty, teeny, tiny bunny and egg sprinkles that make me smile as they pour into the infuser. The ingredients remind me of the fun lining of spring goody baskets appearing in many homes on Easter morning. They steep into a cloudy golden ambrosia. Perfect tea for an Easter morning, and great for the littlest tea drinkers. Tastes great hot or cold! This is yummy, yummy, in my tummy tea, and adding ¼ teaspoon of sweetener really brings out the sweet fruity flavor of the apricot. Since this is only available once a year, time to stock up before it is too late. (7 mins @ 212ºF + sweetener).
Spring and bunnies come:
As Easter fun with sprinkles
in my cup of tea
Nice smooth marshmallow and vanilla cream taste. I like that this blend is caffeine free so, I can enjoy this blend anytime day or night.
Cute little ducks and birds adorned my packet. I expected them to melt as the tea brewed but they did not. The apricot and vanilla flavor mixed well and I enjoyed this little nightcap. Happy Easter!
An interesting blend with more of the sugar peeps flavor than I was expecting. I do like the green rooibos and the marshmallows are a nice aftertaste.
When I first smelled this tea I thought it was going to be to sweet. But it wasn't. It was mildly sweet and just over all tasty.
This is a fun Easter tea with sprinkles! It's a light tea with hints of cream, apricot, and apple.
This isn't my usual cup of tea, but it wasn't bad. I appreciate the fact that the green rooibos tastes different from red rooibos, which I normally can't stand. The flavor of the green rooibos goes well with the hints of creme and apricot, making for a nice Spring-y tea.
Teaster is very fun to look at with sprinkles and special marshmallows. I found the flavors wasn't very strong though, felt like instead of cute stuff I'd like more of a flavor punch.
not only does this tea have the cutest little sprinkles, it tastes great too! mildly fruity and floral made so much better with a little bit of sweetener
I was so looking forward to tasting this tea after seeing all the rave reviews. Maybe my communiTEA packet was missing a few ingredients but the overall taste was very, very mild. There wasn't a bad taste but rather, hardly any taste at all. Adagio has so many amazing teas but, despite the cute sprinkles, I didn't find this one to be one of them.
Surprisingly successful at recalling the flavor of Peeps or other marshmallow treats, without the artificial taste those candies often have.
Mild but distinctive rooibos baise with a pleasant mix of light vanilla, cream and apricot.
This tea had two strikes before I even put water to leaf — I am not a fan of Rooibos and really do not like little marshmallow sprinkles in my tea!
Sorry, usually I can find something positive about a tea but this one left me totally flat with only the taste of sweetened water on my palate.
CommuniTEA portion: What a super cute tea! Cold brewed this tea overnight. Having it as a lovely evening treat. A slight grassy note but mostly light cream which is simply refreshing. Even my coffee loving partner is loving it. Will be ordering more when it's available again. 🐰😊
Two large apple and apricot pieces were noted in my communiTEA packet this morning. It looked like we were in for a flavorful treat today! The rooibos tea was getting everybody ready for the day. Teeny multicolored critter sprinkles were playing with the marigold flowers, and jumping with joy! Mildly sweet fruit aromas were noted.
3.28g of ingredients were used for a 13 ounce steep. Steeping was done for five minutes at boiling.
When hot, a mild natural sweetness was noted from the green rooibos tea. Fruit flavors were mild. Mildly smooth tastes were provided by the sprinkles, cream and vanilla. I added a bit of sugar to sweeten-up my little Easter critters and bring out fruit flavors.
When warm, moderate creamy and vanilla tastes were providing marshmallow vibes. Mild apple and apricot flavors were noted.
Towards the end, the critters were exhausted and fell asleep atop a pillow of marshmallow flavors. A pleasant mug of liquid Peeps indeed! (5 mins @ 212ºF, ¼ tsp sugar)
2022: No iteration of this tea has been any different from my previous review so I am leaving the rating as-is.
2021: I was excited to see all ingredients in my CommuniTEA packet, even several pieces of apple and apricot. I never seem to get apricots in a blend, but there they were! After a 5min steep at 212F, I had a light orange drink that tasted like... nothing. Nothing at all. How odd! I did happen to receive a bag of Teaster Marshmallow with my last order and so decided to try again. I used 1.5tsp to 10 oz for 7min this time and it steeped to a golden color that smelled vaguely sweet, slightly fruity. For a moment I did taste a hint of honeyed marshmallow. This could be a case where a greater tea to water ratio is required.
This tea is a nice colorful one in the bag. Plenty of sprinkles and apple pieces. When made, the vanilla creme flavor was most dominate. A very faint fruit undertone. Overall a decent tea.
Update '22: have learned to enjoy green Rooibos. Still didn't pick up on much of the peach flavor but tea does have a nice, light fruitiness and sprinkles are always fun.
Original: Not a fan of rooibos but this one is ok. Appreciate the marshmallow creme flavor and light, fruity notes.
I open the bag and I'm in marshmallow heaven. I steep this Easter-Spring blend 5 minutes. My fist sip was very light but tasted ok then, I couldn't stop drinking the Vanilla Cream flavors with cute marshmallow accidents Steep. 5 -7 minutes: Temp 195: 2 tsp loose and sweetener to bring out all the tasty flavors.
CommuniTEA 4/17/22: I love this blend hot, but today I made it iced for the whole family for our Easter Feast. This is one of those super rooibos heavy blends that I believe tastes best when steeped for a very long time, so I made 2 quarts of hot tea, let it cool completely, then strained into a pitcher for the fridge over night. It was perfect over with lunch! However... My favorite way to drink it is hot. The sprinkles never seem to melt in the time allotted, so I will sometimes pick them out and add them in after I have removed the infuser. Also good with a like sugar.
It like get a Easter Basket full of goodies in a cup, great job.🐰
The sprinkles make this tea so cute! It has a slightly marshmallow flavor.
I did not expect to like this tea. It was included with my black tea purchase. Plus no caffeine? I was pleasantly surprised.
I liked it even though it’s a bit sweet for me. Nice idea for Easter, though.
Teaster Marshmallow is fine. It's pretty light and has the advantage of being caffeine-free. I want it to have more flavor.
Are someone who runs from rooibos tea I was pleasantly surprised. The combination of green rooibos, apple and vanilla had me trying to coax another cup from the sample! Excellent combination!
I strongly dislike this tea. When I drink it, I immediately think: dirty dish water. I'm truly sorry to anyone who loves this tea; I don't meant to disrespect it. The dry leaf is very pretty to look at, with all the colourful marshmallows.
Glorious Spring-y Sprinkles, Marigolds and Green Rooibos?! I hip hop, the hippie, the hippie, to the hip hip-hop--to the next cup..rock it to the bang-bang, boogie say up jump to the bunny of the Teaster's deliciousness treat~ 😎🆒️ (Don't mind me.)
This tea is pleasant, mild, and lightly sweet. Perfect for Easter! I think I'm going to try brewing again with a little more tea next time
Creamy marshmallow flavors greet the palette first without being overwhelmingly sweet, and melt onto a sugary green rooibos base with playful apricot notes. A mild, floaty marshmallow aftertaste lingers after the sip. This sweet springtime dessert tea is perfect for easter!
What a fun cup of tea.Great way to lighten up and not be so serious about tea. The sprinkles are so cute. Cold brewed 2 tsps. of this tea to 12 0z of water. Delicious strong creamy vanilla flavor with a light bodied base from the rooibos that added a citric zing to the blend. Really neat to have a fun tea for the holiday that is caffeine free and a tea that children can enjoy as well.
