The vanilla flavor is mild but I like that it's not too overpowering. Good with a little bit of milk too.
So good we just bought the big bag. This tea is great on it's own or mixed with peppermint, chamomile or one of the fruit herbals.

The mild sweetness of vanilla is an excellent compliment to the natural smoothness of rooibos tea. Although the actual vanilla flavor is rather weak (a splash of milk helps bring it out), it still makes a nice drink.
Great vanilla taste to this red tea. Difficult to put through my tea strainer so i needed to use a bag for this one.

Maybe its my lack of experience with Rooibos, but the smell of the dry leaves reminds me of pipe tobacco! I tried this for its zero caffeine so I can have tea late in the day. It works. I liked it.

Rooibos is my favorite kind of tea. And I love vanilla but the flavor just wasn't as strong as I wanted. This one is great to combine with other teas or when I'm in the mood for something really light.

New to tea and rooibos was recommended by a friend. I bought a sample of this tea, and honeybush vanilla, and prefer the honeybush tea. This one seems to have an artifical taste, that I didn't notice in the honeybush version, and seemed watery (not as strong?).
This is a wonderful tea. The vanilla brings out some notes of tobacco in the rooibos. Has a rich full finish, and I don't put anything in it.
I'm really on the fence with this tea. Upon smelling the bag, It smells of vanilla but a fake vanilla. The taste came the same as the smell a fake vanilla. It's nice to have tea taste as strong as it smells. However, I realized what it tastes like and its of the artificial cheap vanilla extract in baking. I'm looking for a true vanilla.
I'm not actually a huge fan of rooibos tea, but my younger brother really likes it so I bought this as a Christmas gift. He likes super sweet tea, and this one is fairly sweet by itself.

I like this tea. On its own, it's above average... you can taste both the vanilla and the rooibos. But where it really shines is in custom blends
The tea seems as if it will be really sweet because the vanilla scent is really strong but when brewed, the vanilla does not come through all that much. However, I like rooibos just in general so the scent of vanilla is a nice touch.

This is probably my favorite of Adagio's rooibos selection. It's such a hearty drink, without the caffeine, and without being overpowering. I love it with 1 tsp of demerara sugar (or raw cane sugar).
