Having never tried rooibos before, I figured this one would be a good one to start with. It did not disappoint. There is an earthy “bush” note and the lovely aroma of vanilla. When brewed, the taste is smooth and slightly sweet. This is definitely a good one to try if you want to experiment with red rooibos. Using my ingenuiTEA brewer made the process even easier. I will be getting a large bag of this, so I always have it in stock in my pantry.
Rooibos tea is one of my favorites since it doesn’t have any caffeine and vanilla is one of my favorite flavors, I can’t be disappointed when there combined.
A nice tea. Not overwhelming. I wish it had more vanilla but it's works well with cream and sugar.
Smooth and velvety. I prefer rooibos with milk, and this blend pairs well with a splash or two. If you purchase the teabags and steep cups larger than 8oz (like me), consider using two sachets at a time.

Can't go wrong with this non-caffeinated yummy beverage. Smells so tasty, rich and comforting. I steep 5 min and drink it then run another batch and keep it to sip through the day.

The vanilla is too strong for me. I wouldn't normally call vanilla aggressive, but in his case it is aggressively vanilla.

I have been doing tea time with my toddler, and this is her favorite so far! I usually let her smell a couple teas and let her pick one, she almost always picks this one. It's also a good base tea to blend with.
I mostly use the Rooibos Vanilla as a base for other herbal teas, but occasionally drink it for itself. It is a very tasty tea.
Drank today's CT offering with no additives and hot. It was good, but just not amazing or anything crazy unique going on here. Red rooibos already has its own vanilla-like sweetness backing up its woodsy flavor and the addition of vanilla to it just kind of gave that a little boost. Don't know if I would reach for this one on its own anytime, but I think it definitely has potential to add to blends. 212° 5 min
I'm generally favorable towards red rooibos, but its flavor does tend to easily overpower other flavors. The vanilla this did seem to stand up quite well to it, though. And the almost ruby red of the tea was quite nice to look at.

The packet has a nice sweet woodsy aroma. It has a pleasant vanilla woodsy taste.
Andrea: Mmmm, my beloved rooibos. This one is nicely flavored with sweet vanilla. When first brewed, it tastes and smells of floral woods. Honey (for rooibos from Bees) enhances everything. A big splash of 1% milk gives body without dulling the flavors. If you're not a rooibos fan, use something with more fat. This made a lovely cup of tea that went fantastic with a pumpkin cookie.

The rooibos flavor is very strong, which unfortunately makes the vanilla very difficult to taste.
This tea tastes like what it is - roobios and vanilla. It is a mild flavor - it would be good with some apple bits and cocoa nibs.
Like others have mentioned this blend is a nice mellow dessert tea, but has a bit of a medicinal taste to it. Not for me but the aromatics are lovely!

Rooibos and Vanilla are a natural pairing! The vanilla naturally compliments the natural fruitiness of the rooibos. For me, this is a comforting evening cup.
a lovely soothing tea, i added some pumpkin spice sugar to it and it felt like fall in summer. I really enjoyed the smell of it.

For hot tea, I prefer Rooibos without vanilla, but this one makes a create cold brew, where the added vanilla reminds me of vanilla creme soda. Add about a teaspoon per 16 oz of water and put in the fridge for 4+ hours. Can't oversteep it!

I get this as a gift for my mom and aunt and it is one of their favorites. I enjoy the non-traditional vanilla flavor and scent which reminds me of a tobacco pipe. It’s a wonder “tea” that’s perfect for late afternoons and evenings when caffeine is not on the schedule.
I really like this tea before bed, but I’ve had to make it less strong than the package recommended because the rooibos can be too robust/strong.
Absolute favorite!!! The only thing that comes close is pure Rooibos itself, but the vanilla adds such a rich smoothness to the tea that’s great anytime. I’ve started drinking a cup before bed every day and it’s a great way to end my day
This is the first Rooibos tea I've tried, and it won't be my last! Not overly sweet, but just the right hint of vanilla and brown sugar. This one is worth trying.

A fan of this flavor combo for years, but of course 100x better as a loose leaf! It comes off as tobacco-y for me, and I love it.

My personal favorite Rooibos. It brings me back to my time living in South Africa. I haven’t had the same notes and subtle authentic flavors in a few decades. Nothing else compares.
