Rooibos, sometimes known as "Red Tea" (although not from the actual tea bush), is an herb that grows only in South Africa. Our rooibos is slightly fruity and smooth with a mild, herbal texture. Very forgiving - won't over-steep.

Refreshing -- vague, yes, but I can't think of a better word. Very distinctive scent and taste, a little vanilla-ish, a little citric. Good hot or cold.
An interesting tasting plant, Rooibos. Has a rich, non-bitter flavor that is very nice at night. No caffeine either, of course. Good color as well.
