Nutty and chocolately, an amazing buy and an amazing dessert tea. I will definitely be getting more of this once my stash runs out

Nutty and chocolately, an amazing buy and an amazing dessert tea. I will definitely be getting more of this once my stash runs out
Excellent tea. Wonderful blend of pecan and caramel, My go to relaxing tea.
A great caffeine-free tea to enjoy! The pecan flavor is prominent and delicious with the caramel following closely. Smells and tastes lovely.
A nice wind down tea with a beautiful blending of flavor and depth
My new fav. The flavors are a perfect match. Especially like it iced, but just as good hot. Love it.
Nutty and flavorful; this was a nice tea. I enjoy this for a cup of decaf!
Great. No caffine so good in the evening. Very flavorful
Super light on the flavor, but not in a bad way. Rooibos carries the flavor well. I added a splush - yes, that’s a word ;) of unsweetened coconut milk for a most relaxing cup of tea. One of my absolute favorite lunchtime teas.
This tea was a very mellow, sweet tea. I added honey but it was very good even without it.
Excellent! Such a warm cozy tea. I’m not sure how it compares to actual pecan turtles but this is excellent.
A perfect tea to cozy up with this winter! Delicious, mildly sweet with a hint of pecan❤️
FAMILY FAVORITE: the kids love this hot and plain, I enjoy it iced with a teaspoon of beet sugar. In a 14 oz. mug I put two teaspoons of rooibos pecan turtle and one of beet sugar, heat to 212 and steep 7-8 minutes, let sit two minutes then pour over a large tumbler of ice. Decadent and delicious.
The enticing smell of pecan, chocolate, and caramel emanated out of the packet as it opened. Pressing the herbal tea button on the kettle steeped it for 7 minutes at 212°F to produce a deep red tisane.
Layers of pecan, caramel, and chocolate were present at the start. Semi-sweet chocolate drove the flavors squarely into dessert tea territory. Red rooibos and chicory swirled together to create a roasted nutty and woody flavor.
Plenty of nutty and sweet layers are present throughout each sip of this rooibos blend. It's become one of our favorite dessert teas for the evening, thanks to zero caffeine and a touch of chocolate.
There's a lot about this tea that works, such as how cohesive the flavors are, and how cozy it smells. It puts you in the right headspace for this liquid version of a classic comforting dessert. However, even if you give it a long steep with a big tea to water ratio, it's still feels like it's just a bit underwhelming on the flavor, especially in terms of the chocolate aspect.
Overall, A decent herbal tea that might curb some sugar-bound cravings.
CommuniTEA Review: I'm typically not a rooibos fan, but this one was actually pretty good. Although, it still had a slightly medicinal taste to it, the pecan, caramel and chocolate did a great job of masking most of it.
This is one of my favorite red rooibos teas. It’s wonderful caramel pecan flavor with a hint of chocolate covers the woody taste of rooibos well and with some sweetener, the deep caramel nut taste becomes more dessert-like. This was one of the first red rooibos teas I tasted with CT which set the bar high for all flavored ones tasted after that.
My CT packet had 3 g/ 2 tsp of short red rooibos tea leaves, yellow marigold flowers, a mini chocolate chip, a few apple pieces and brown bits of cocoa nibs, cinnamon and chicory. All these ingredients blended well to make a nice dark amber liquor that was very tasty with a sweetener add. Brewed 12 oz. for 5 min. at 212*F. A resteep of 6 oz. was good too and chilled, this tea was surprisingly delicious with a strong caramel pecan flavor and a much mellowed woody taste. Hot or cold, this was a very flavorful sip.
A nutty sweet tea. I’m not a huge fan of red rooibos in general.
This is a very tasty caffeine free alternative. The nutty flavor goes well with the red rooibos. I steeped this one for ten minutes, which brought more of the flavors forward.
I honestly enjoyed this tea more than I thought I would. While it still smelled quite medicinal, the way all rooibos teas smell for me, the other flavors were enough to cover up the cough syrup taste. I do taste chocolate and caramel and nuttiness in my cup!
Wooooooooow! This is one of those rare red rooibos teas that doesn't taste like cough syrup to me! Despite the many flavorings in this tea, I get none of the unpleasant chemically taste that I normally get from a red rooibos and instead just get the lovely, sweet yet indescribable taste I enjoy in green rooibos teas. And oh man, is that pecan-caramel flavor combo tasty! I don't get much chocolate flavor at all, but I really love the pecan-caramel-rooibos thing they've got going on here. This one is a winner for me, and a tea I'd actually purchase!
Nutty sweet rooibos , mg sample didn’t have much chocolate flavor
I saved this tea blend for the evening. I do appreciate variety for non caffeine teas for evening sipping! Im loosing my interest in rooibos teas however this is a nice blend. A bit artificial after taste but was a nice after dinner beverage.
I waited all day to try this tea. I enjoy rooibos tea and the combination of carmel, chocolate and nut is right up my alley. What a wonderful tea to enjoy in the evening. Will have to put this on my wishlist.
This was very good but I didn’t seem to taste much pecan flavor.
The pecan and caramel come through and make a wonderfully flavored tea. Perfect for a cold night.
im not usually a fan of rooibos but oh man does this change things! the smell is amazing and it has a very slight coffee taste to it as well as a very pleasant nuttiness!
Trying as part of the Communitea! I am pleasantly surprised by this tea! I'm not always a huge fan of rooibos, but this is tasty! Well balanced flavor and not as artificial as I would have expected.
CommuniTEA packet tasting, I’m usually a hard pass on red rooibos, however, this one is blended well enough to hide the yucky taste of the red rooibos. It’s a great herbal evening treat. Happy sipping!
Delicious dessert tea! The pecan and caramel flavors shined through. I added a splash of vanilla creamer to make it even more decadent.
Oh, I loved this one so much. I am a big fan of rooibos tea anyways, and this one just hit the spot.
Sipping along with the CommuniTEA: chocolate liqueur and medicinal honeybush notes from the dry ingredients and packet. Once steeped for 5 mins at 212° F, I notice caramel and honeybush notes from my cup. When I take a sip, I get chocolate and caramel and honeybush with a medicinal honeybush finish,
Very powerful sweetness coming from the packet. Tea is a nice deep brown, and does smell and taste strongly of pecans.
Such a warm, comfortable flavor! Nutty and toasty with a hint of chocolate. I expected it to just be ok, but I love this!
Got this as a sample in the CommuniTEA, and I'm sure its delightful for rooibos lovers, but I absolutely HATE rooibos so this tea was REALLY not for me.
Rooibos is a great tea. Rooibos with nut flavoring is amazing! Rooibos with nut flavoring AND caramel AND chocolate is out of this world. I thoroughly enjoyed this tea, and it was worth the wait (I've been eyeing it for a while) to try it!
A tasty decaffeinated tea that tastes good by itself or as a tea latte.
This smells delightful. I was looking forward to it, but the flavor tastes a lot like coffee to me. If you like that flavor- maybe this will be for you
Not a rooibos fan but this has done nice caramel like flavors. While i wouldn't choose for an everyday cup, it's a good winter cup
I don’t love rooibos, but my boyfriend does and he says this one is “very good, you can taste the pecan”
While I’m not a super fan of this blend, it is a fairly pleasant cup of dessert tea. The Rooibos blends well with the chocolate and nut flavors, making the normal woody taste almost disappear.
This is our favorite tea. My husband drinks it every morning. It's more like a dessert for me which I can have after dinner. This is the tea that brought me to adagio. Love it.
This reminds me a lot of Rooibos Nutcracker. Rooibos tea goes very well with nutty flavors.
Normally I'm not a big rooibos fan, however this combination of ingredients works very well with the teas nature flavor. The result is very sweet. The caramel and pecan flavors come threw the strongest and remind me strongly of pecan pie.
Not typically a rooibos fan but this chocolate, nutty blend hits the spot. A dark tea with a slightly sweet, slightly earthy flavor profile.
CommuniTEA Sample: As many of you may know, I'm not a huge Red Rooibos fan, but this tea is quite nice. The flavoring is a little bit artificial tasting in the back of the throat, but it is still a very good tea overall. A splash of milk would go well in this blend.
I've never had pecan turtles before so I can't say how close they are to the real deal, but this is a lovely blend of chocolate and caramel. Perfect to have a treat every now and again!
A nice, sweet treat if you are looking for something without caffeine. The rooibos doesn't try to overwhelm the chocolate, caramel, and nut flavors but blends with them instead. Yum!
10 Dec 2020 communiTEA review: I got a late start today. My below review still holds true. My communiTEA packet had plenty of the advertised ingredients. When warm, I tasted moderate pecan, caramel, and apple. Pleasantly smooth and mild chocolate, and spicy cinnamon flavors were noted. I added 1/4 tsp of sugar to sweeten the deal, and yes, the steeping info is correct.
14 May 20 purchased review: My favorite rooibos tea! I really enjoy the nice warm and nutty flavor that hangs around in your mouth (3 mins @ 200°F, ¼ tsp sugar)
Sweet delicious earthy cup of tea. Very nice desert tea.
Still a favorite for me.
Deliciousness at it's red rooibos best! All the candied flavors work very well together and make one hell of a dessert tea for the holidays. 5 minutes: Temp : 212: milk and honey: 12 oz mug:
