When girlfriends come over for a cuppa I love to share this one with them and watch their reaction. They love it along with some tea cookies. Great for an afternoon pick me up.

Yes! I have discovered in all of my tea buying through Adagio that I like nutty flavors. This doesn't come as a surprise since the scent of almonds is heaven to me. This one is nutty and creamy tasting, due to the caramel notes. Yum, yum, yum. I never thought I'd like sweet, dessert flavors in tea until a friend recommended this wonderful site. I drink this with sugar and soy creamer and will definitely be purchasing more.

Sweet, lovely dessert type tea. It has a wonderful aroma! Nice pecan/caramel taste. The chocolate blends in as a lighter note. This is becoming my go-to after dinner tea. Very enjoyable!
This is lighter than, say, the Honeybush Banana Nut...but still good. The pecan turtle accents blend well with rooibos, and it makes a great dessert drink as a result.
This one is pretty good but not really how I thought it would be.

OMG this stuff is fantastic, so many flavors in this one and they all work together to create this “tea”! I had 3 huge mugs the first day I tried this! I like it with a little cream added.

This has been a new favorite in my house, although at the rate my 8 year old daughter is drinking it it will not last long!
Not my thing. It's very fake tasting, and while, yes, it tastes like a pecan turtle, there's this after taste of chemical that I don't like but might not bother someone else.
This tea is SO GOOD. It’s like dessert in a cup. All the flavors come through beautifully and it’s just really delicious. Adding a splash of milk makes it even better.

Because I wanted to try several of the holiday flavors, I purchased the sample-sized bags. Except for this one, and I am so glad for that! I make it in my new toasTEA (yes, there is a review from me there) so I can safely transport it hot. This tea is silk to the tongue. This is the first tea in a long while that I have NOT had to add a slew of sugar to bring it to a palatible level of sweetness. I am a girl raised the South (GRIT), which means I like my tea sweet. Really sweet. For this pecan turtle, I put about half the sugar I usually do.
I beleive that the reason this is so smooth is because no particular flavor stands out. I've had teas where one flavor dominates, and the other flavors hide in the background. This time, they all work together as a team. And just to be punny, this tea is a real WINNER!!!
I can t tell you how much I love this tea. It makes a perfect nightcap at the end of the day. It s great unsweetened, touched with a drop or two of honey, OR topped off with sweetened cream. The flavor holds up really well regardless of what you add, and it s a sturdy tea because I steeped one mug about 10 minutes (by accident), and it still tasted great. I got this as a sample during the community vote, and now I ve bought a whole bag because it has made it into my daily rotation.
A very earthy warm flavor to this tea. It makes for a great warmer on these cold winter days.

This is pretty solid. I don't taste any of the turtle, though. It gives more of a chocolate impression instead of the reptilian meat flavor I'd anticipated.
I personally love all the rooibos varieties on adagio. But this is a special treat, the chocolate and caramel flavor are so nice and pleasant, this is just so delicious minus all the calories.
Smell is just like a pecan turtle. Just wish the flavor was a tad stronger. I had some once it was cold and it tasted great. Would probably make a great iced tea latte in the summer
This is good but the Rooibos Nutcracker is better. I have a difficult time tasting the pecans in this tea whereas the nuts in the Nutcracker are very discernible.
This tea is FANTASTIC! It is exactly what I was hoping for. The pecan flavor comes through the strongest to me, and I found that steeping it a tad longer (about 7-8 mins) really adds to its richness.
So yummy and full of flavor! Absolutely loved the smell and flavor! Great for a dessert replacement!
So far my favorite among herbal teas. It has the perfect chocolaty and nutty mix.

OMG. This stuff is like a cookie or candy bar in a cup. Super smooth, caramely, nutty. It's everything you hoped it would be, and warm and liquidy to boot. Excellent on a blustery, cold, Texas morning.

Wow. Wow. Wow!!! This is my secknd flavor Ive tried out of the 10 I ordered and Ive decided Im going to keep a tea journal to document how I like a flavor so I can remember which to re order...This flavor is just fabulous its more robust and has a perfect carmet nutty flavor I love it!
