On opening the sample bag, I could really smell the caramel right away. I was a little apprehensive because I'm kind of finicky about caramel-y flavors, but this tea was absolutely delicious! It is richly nutty and the flavor is enhanced with a little milk or cream. I found it paired well with a little bit of honey, also (I used adagio's green tea honey since that was the only one I had on hand). This one is an instant favorite. Will order more right away!

This has been my favorite evening tea for awhile now. So soothing, caramel, delicious. Blends well with Baileys Irish Cream. Like dessert in a mug.
Smooth, creamy, nutty with a vanilla finish and a hint of chestnut. It basically tastes like a cookie. I didn't taste any bitters but I added a few small pieces of rock sugar crystals to bring out the flavors. Very soothing for a winter evening.

I drink a lot of black tea but am always on the lookout for good red tea options to keep my caffeine intake in check. This is my new favorite red tea. It has a lovely smooth flavor. It is not earthy like some red teas. I bought a sample of this, then immediately upon trying it, ordered a 1 lb. bag. I hope it lasts until the holiday season comes around again when I plan to buy more.
I love rooibos tea and this one did not disappoint!
I want to love this as much as I love the turtle pecan, but there’s just something holding me back. The caramel and nutty flavors are there, and work extremely well with the rooibos flavor. I wish the hazelnut was just slightly more prominent; however this is still a fantastic caffeine free tea!

I found the flavours smell rich and inviting in the container but once the tea is brewed they mellow out. Its a nice cup of tea, I enjoy it as the previous teas that I ve ordered were on the bolder side ( rooibos pecan turtle, masala chai, rooibos Vanilla Chai)
I'm not typically a big fan of rooibos, but this tea tastes more strongly of caramel and nuttiness. Tastes a bit artificial to me, but still tasty.

The rooibos is nicely supported by the other, stronger flavors. It's somehow not overpowering and makes for a nice cup of tea on a cold day.
I really enjoy getting this one around the holidays. it's got a nice toasted flavor with a strong caramel flavor to it. the caramel flavor varies depending on the type of sweetener you use with it.

Oh my, I think I stumbled upon my new favorite winter tea. Hints of Cocoa & Caramel seemed to filled my kitchen as it steeped. Each sip was delicious, yet a bit complex all blended together. Enjoyed alone, then took it up a notch with a splash of cream. Warm & nutty latte left me feeling warm & toasty. Steep 5 mins 212f. Guess I need to stock up on Rooibos Nutcracker and Pecan turtle.
The rooibos is strong with this one. I think I’ve determined I’m not a huge fan of it. I’m not sure I picked up any other flavors in it.
This is very much a rooibos tea. The rooibos stands out very strongly here so if, like me, you do not enjoy rooibos then I would recommend skipping this one. (5 mins @ 212ºF)
I got this tea as part of the December Communitea. I enjoyed this tea. I am always on the lookout for new decaffeinated and herbal teas. I thought all of the ingredients blended together very nicely.
It wasn’t terrible as I usually expect from a Rooibos tea. But the caramel didn’t come out as much as I’d hope.

Dark caramel chestnut - the cocoa and hazelnut just deepen those flavors.
