I'm not always a fan of earl grey, but this was very good.
A caffeine-free twist on a classic blend. Zesty citrus, but smoother and sweeter than traditional Earl Grey.

I'm not always a fan of earl grey, but this was very good.
A great nighttime tea for those, like me, who cannot get enough of black teas, but cannot have the caffeine from time to time. Very refreshing and makes a beautiful cup. This tea deserves a glass cup.
I loved this tea blended with hibiscus. I completely forgot I was drinking a caffeine free tea!
Perfect for earl gray lovers who want to drink their favorite tea before bedtime! Caffeine free and comforting flavor, the bergamot does not hide behind the rooibos like flavors sometimes do.
Adagio's Earl Greys are really heavy on the bergamot, and thus too perfumery for my tastes. I like other brands of Earl Grey, too, so this is pretty intense.
IMHO, not quite as good as Earl Grey Bravo, but a very flavorful rooibos. I would purchase it again.
Got this one as a sample and I really enjoyed it. I am a rooibos fan, but sometimes the flavored blends can be overpowered by the rooibos, that is not the case with this one. It's a great balance of rooibos and bergamot. Would order this one again.
Let me preface this review by mentioning that my rubber ducky infuser leaked quite terribly upon sampling my first cup of tea. Did not take away from the experience whatsoever. I love Earl Grey tea, don't have much experience with rooibos teas, but I'm glad I gave this one a try. Very soothing, it will definitely be my evening tea until my sample runs out.
I love a good cup of tea in the evening, but don't always want a tea that makes me sleepy. I love Earl Grey but have had to avoid it because of the high caffiene. I was so happy to discover this herbal version and I have to say it is wonderful! Smooth, the bergamont is not overwhelming and it fragrance is very soothing.
I tried this tea by itself, and with combinations of milk, sugar, honey, and whipped cream and I just cant get into this one. It smells terribly medicinal in the bag and it doesn't go away when it's brewed like the regular Earl Grey Bravo does. It tastes like cough syrup to me. It might be OK in a blend, but I don't think it would be worth ruining the other teas in the blend to drink it that way. I would not buy this tea again.
Was very similar in smell to authentic earl grey black tea. Taste was similar as well, but with a rooibos charm. This is perfect for a treat right before bed.
I have never been the biggest earl gray fan, but find it complements with rooibos very well! I love the citrusy notes and smooth finish. I actually sampled this along with the rooibos lemon cloud - i felt this cloud was a little too sweet. The earl gray rooibos is great for a caffiene free tea - if you like rooibos or earl gray you'll be happy with this one!
I like Earl Grey flavoring and this rooibos is perfect in the evening when I don't want a caffeine load.
My favorite tea. Loaded with citrus flavor and light enough to drink any time of day. Great if you want that earl grey tea with out the caffeine that can come with black tea.
Great alternative for fans of black Earl Grey who would like a similar taste experience closer to bedtime. A word of caution: Oversteeping and/or using more than the recommended amount of product per quantity of water may result in an astringent, medicinal-tasting brew.
I purchased Rooibos Earl Grey from another vendor, and I liked it. But the Adagio version is 3x better flavor. It tastes like Earl Grey and less like oranges. It is great, and I'll be buying this often. I make it iced using 1 big tablespoon in a 2 quart ice tea pitcher, and I let it steep for a few hours.
Right when I opened this tea, I knew it was going to be a great caffeine free alternative to earl grey. The first cup proved this to be the case! Like a few others have said, if you aren't normally a rooibos fan, give this one a try. The bergamot overpowers the rooibos for the most part.
This was quite possibly the worst thing I have ever had to drink. I don't know if I hate Rooibos or Earl Grey more. Combined, they are awful.
I had purchased the sampler Rooibos teas and instantly fell in love with the Rooibos Earl Grey. I have since bought the 16oz bag, and am quite pleased with my purchase. It has all the Earl Grey flavor you love, with out the caffein nor the bitterness caused by over-brewing. Excellent!
Not a bad tea to try, not on my all time fav list...but I would drink again.
This is a really good option when I want the earl grey flavor without the caffeine. It is definitely different but in a enjoyable way.
Earl Grey has always been my favorite but i've never liked the strong black tea flavor, this tea greatly substitutes that black tea flavor with the smooth rooibos flavors.
If you like earl grey black tea, you should like this great rooibos earl grey. It has the distinctive earl grey flavor without the caffeine. I am happy with this as it is, but once in a while I combine it with the rooibos vanilla, a little sweetener and a splash of milk. YUM
My husband and I have tried rooibos earl grey teas from a different vendor, but we like this one the best! The flecks of blue cornflower are pretty, as well.
The moment I opened this bag for the first time and smelled the amazing aroma I knew it was going to be a great night. The smell of bergamot whisks you away and immediately puts you at ease. I do not think there is a more perfect blend. This tastes absolutely fantastic and will be a new staple for me. Hope this sticks around forever!
A gem of tea, I found this to be a delicious caffeine free substitute to traditional earl grey
One of the best rooibos I had. Earl gray flavor with citrus on top of it.
Just like regular earl grey, but you can drink it at night
This tastes a bit lighter than the regular earl grey, the bergimot doesn't overpower ever if steeped too long.
I did not enjoy this--maybe it just takes more time to get used to.
Words cannot describe how much I love rooibos. Adding just a little bit of honey makes this stuff one of my favorite teas I've ever tried.
After drinking this I can't wait to have a real earl grey tea. I just didn't want the caffeine tonight so I went with this one. It smells good and tastes delicious.
This is a great option for no caffine tea. This is one of my favorites.
Rooibos and Earl Gray flavors blends perfectly for a comforting morning cup. I never would have put the two together... but I am glad somebody did!
I ordered a sample of this just for fun because I enjoyed the Earl Grey Lavender. This interpretation wasn't as successful in my opinion though. Rooibos is a fairly gentle and sweet tea. I found it didn't have nearly enough body to balance the earl grey flavoring. Not a horrible tea, but certainly nothing I would order again.
Don't know, haven't actually tasted it yet. But it sounded good.
Since I've never tried Earl Grey tea I thought it would be best to try the Rooibos Earl Grey since red tea is my 'go to' tea. I found it to be smooth with a hint of bergamot. Enjoyed this variety and plan to keep it in my weekly rotation.
great as a gift. a great favorite flavor, but as a decaf.
Love the citrus flavor. Mild, but wonderful. Earl grey was never a favorite of mine, till this one. Rooibos is a favorite served at night when want to relax before bed.
If you like earl grey as I do, you'll like this tea for late afternoon or evening. It's earl grey without the caffeine.
I bought it based on the sample jar in the store
A little goes a long way with this tea! Very strong Earl Grey taste, best warm.
I am always looking for new and interesting takes on my favorite of teas: Earl Grey. I've had White Earl Grey (or, as I call it, Earl White) and am still in the market for a good Earl Green. This Earl Red is just what it seems: an Earl Grey tea with rooibos instead of black tea.
It is much more of an orange flavor, rather than the bergamot that one is used to with a good EG-indeed, it actually has pieces of orange peel in it-but it is entirely appropriate for the medium. Rooibos has a very delicate flavor and bergamot is a very strong flavoring. The cornflowers are completely superfluous but may be there simply to convey more of the orange/bergamot flavor.
All in all, a good non-caffeinated alternative to Earl Grey. Recommended.
It's alright, has to be the right time of day to drink.
This is my new favorate. It combines two of the flavors I love. The mix is delicate and distinctive. I just ordered more... The only problem I have with this tea is how fast it disappears.
I really enjoyed this tea. The bergamot was a little muted but it made for a very smooth tea.
Doesn't measure up to true earl grey, but a good tea nonetheless. Having a 9 month condition where I'm told to limit caffeine (and alcohol!) this is a nice morning option to replace my normal cup of earl grey. I wish the earl grey flavor was a little more pronounced. A little sugar helps to bring it out.
Love the flavor, great for a quick morning cup, no doctoring needed.
Delicious! Nice with the rooibos flavor and the little bits of orange peel.
This is my favorite red tea. Great for bedtime. Nice flavor.
