Not what i exspected when you see caramel, but no bad. It had almost a chai spice to it.
Another new favorite--the caramel is subtle and just adds some sweetness to this nice mellow tea.

One thing I loved the best was how great it tasted and how unsweet it was. I love tea because of the bitterness you can get, so I was pleastly surprised when it was the perfect compbian of sweet and bitter!
On the fence about this one, don't plan to reorder. It was just ok. I didn't find anything too special about it & I think the caramel taste & the rooibos taste cancels each other out so it was sort of bland in a sweet way.
Rooibos tea always goes so well with sweet dessert-y flavours like vanilla and caramel, and this version of Rooibos Caramel from Adagio does not disappoint. (Vanilla is still my absolute favourite though)
This is a decent tea for when you want something a little sweeter. The caramel isn't overwhelming. It's a nice change from my usual rooibos almond, but I'm not sure I'd order it again.
This has become my favorite Rooibos -- I drink a pot most evenings. It has the taste of caramel without any sweetness. Goes great with dark chocolate.
Disappointed by this tea. I did not taste any of the carmel flavor. It tasted like a plain red tea. Wont buy again.
good tea, the carmel is a nice touch to the rooibos, probobly would taste really good iced.
This is a great combination with the Rooibos but be careful not to use too much leaf.

Fantastic!! Tastes and smells like caramel. Add to apple or strawberry tea and just delicious. Think this is my new favorite.
Smells amazing, but I didn't notice much caramel flavor. There is definitely a softness/smoothness added to the rooibos, which is wonderful, but not noticeably different from the vanilla rooibos. (Which happens to be my favorite tea.)
This is the first rooibos I've ever had and I was kind of inbetween with it! It was a good start to my tea journey.. the first taste is kind of hard and strange (assuming that's the rooibos flavor) but then has a nice, sweet caramel aftertaste that I enjoyed a lot.
The balance between rooibos and caramel is great. Not too sweet, just right!
A little too "woody" for my tastes, I think it would be better in a blend.

Tasted just like a caramel candy with a touch of milk in it. The aroma of the tea brewing and after it is ready is very inviting. My friend enjoyed it with a touch of honey as well.
light and slightly sweet,it satisfies my sweet tooth so I don't hit the cookie jar! Great in blends as well.
One thing I like about Adagio teas is the strong flavors, and the caramel in this one stands out. Rooibos Caramel is definitely a keeper! Needs no extra flavoring or mixing with something else to make it taste good.
I do not like rooibos caramel at all. The tea fragrance was OK, but it has a bitter aftertaste, even with sweetener. I tried adding it to the rooibos cinnamon apple like some of the other review suggested and I still will not drink it.
Pretty good hot, but excellent iced. It's slight sweetness makes adding sugar unnecessary.
The caramel flavor is there, but seems very much in the background. It doesn't make the tea any less tasty, though.
This tea is freaking DELICIOUS!! I'm a sucker for roobios flavors in general, and I like sweet tea, and I find myself blending this flavor with all kidns of things. It's almost a honey flavor -- defintely works without sweetener, but it's heavenly with some stevia. (Gets a little cloying with honey, though)

Like the vanilla rooibos, it is virtually impossible to taste the caramel flavor. It's a good basic rooibos, but defintely does not have any extra flavor.

I really enjoyed the caramel. It's very subtle but good and I liked it blended with the rooibus vanilla. If you like the vanilla rooibus, I believe you will enjoy this as well!

The caramel does cover some of the anise and rootbeer flavor, but I'd MUCH rather have a caramel flavored true tea. I have a caramel flavored oolong that's one of my favorites.

Yummy! I love this tea in the evening in place of all the temptation around my house. I use Sugar In The Raw and a splash of half & half and it is so satisfying to my sweet tooth what a great diet aid;)
This is one of Adagio's finest teas; certainly their finest rooibos. A smooth rooibos base acts as a solid foundation for rich, decadent sweet hints of caramel to run though. Naturally sweet, but even better with sugar and a splash of vanilla almond milk. Cream would also likely be a good accent. An excellent dessert tea.
