With a small amount of milk and sugar this does taste like a caramel treat.
The caramel flavor works wonderfully well with the natural sweetness of the rooibos. Highly recommended.

Terrific evening tea. You can drink the tea and eat with vanilla ice cream, instead of having caramel sauce.
I don't drink coffee and this is a nice substitute when I want a stronger flavor to my tea.
Nice and smooth. It is a touch *too* sweet for my taste, but it's a nice evening tea, especially since it doesn't have caffeine. I still prefer the rooibos jasmine, but this is a good tea for my decaf collection.

I never really drank this tea alone - I always used it as an addition to other creamy teas, like the Spiced Mate and the Mocha Nut Mate, but if anyone wanted a light and slightly sweet tea with not too much extra flavors, this would certainly do the trick!
Tastes very similar to the vanilla rooibos, but it's still good by itself.

Definitely good. If brewed too long the caramel takes on a more bitter flavor, comparable to the burnt sugar you would get on a creme brulee.

I'm a rooibos fan and I'm a caramel fan, so I absolutely had to try this tea. Some may think it's a little on the boring side, but I'm really liking it. The caramel flavor is fairly strong and blends well with the rooibos. Some sweetener really helps it meet its full potential. I'm looking forward to trying this mixed with some other teas. Or maybe some shredded coconut. Prepared with stevia.

The Caramel flavor in this is not nearly as strong as the Vanilla flavor in Rooibos Vanilla. Very calm, blending very well.

This tea is heavenly. It is light and more of a dessert tea. I add a splash of sugar-free French Vanilla creamer and it makes my day!

This tea was a little weak flavored
I don't drink this on it's own, but it's a great way to round out the flavors of some of my 'thinner' teas. The caramel flavor is a bit tinny alone, but plays well with others to create a nice balance between flavor and body.

I had found a Honeybush Caramel at a local store, of course they disscontinued.
But as it turned out I discovered this site while trying to find it online.
This is as close as I can get and the only drawback is it's not Honeybush

I am red tea purist and prefer straight red to the flavored varieties. Having said that, I do enjoy this flavor very much.
this smells lovely. all the rooibos tea flavors are very strong which is great. I find this type of tea to have a very strong medicinal flavor, kind of like cough syrup. It really ruins it for me. If you're lucky and don't get that taste from rooibos, this is a great option esp to mix with a black tea.
I had this at Swiss Woods bed and breakfast in PA this summer and it was wonderful. I can't wait to get my order and have some as it was so yummy!
OMG this tea is wonderful. I've steep this and then add honey or rock sugar, both are wonderful. I've always tried mixing this with a little warm soy milk, and this a wonderful dessert tea... perfect for a chilly night when you need comforting!

this is actually my favorite rooibos i have tried so far here. I like it especially right before bed with a little bit of cinnamon and sugar. funny thing is I didn't think i would like it
While this is a smooth cup of tea, and the rooibos is excellent, I find it works better blended with other flavors. My particular favorite is to blend it with rooibos vanilla, or rooibos almond. I also plan to try blending it with honeybush chocolate, to see how that would work out. I keep ordering it as a mixing tea with other flavors to make dessert teas, but not one I'd drink on its own.
Definitely a little sweeter tasting than the Rooibos Vanilla, but still a winner in my book. I will definitely repurchase.

It was Friday night, and I was in the mood for something sweet, so I whipped out the tea set. I have never tried this one, so I decided to give it a shot. Used a tablespoon, 2 and a half cups of water, a tablespoon of honey, and a tablespoon of creamer.
Oh my God.
It was so delightfully sweet! Nice and smooth with the caramel flavor. I recommend this for anyone with a sweet tooth like me. Curled up with a book and this tea, I was in heaven.
A new favorite! Especially when paired with honeybush vanilla or cream tea! Mmm. Fragrant and smooth.

This tea smells nice, but doesn't have quite as smooth a caramel as other blends. Not bad, but not amazing.
