I will fix my review once I try again. But it taste like nothing to me when I steeped the first time. I will try again and once I do I will change my review. This is the first bad tea I have tasted here on Adagio. But I am pretty sure it was my own fault.
The caramel note was there but I didn't care for the scent overall and I think it is because of the rooibos. I guess I'm not a fan of that.

The flavor is spot on, basically hot liquid caramel.

I am so used to caramel being a coffee flavor that it is interesting to try it as a tea flavor. It is sweet and all my children liked it.
Easily one of the best of the flavored rooibos. Some of the other flavors are a bit strong, but this is a fun choice that is easy to like.
You can definitely taste the Carmel in this. It isn't subtle, but it isn't overpowering either. I really like this tea for when I am craving something sweet but don't want all of the calories. It tastes amazing with the amber crystals.
I loved this tea! Yes, it does smell similar to pipe tobacco in the bag, but I think the taste is phenomenal! You don't even have to sweeten as it has a great flavor to it. Will buy again for sure!
Rooibos caramel is an okay tea. The smell is very reminiscent of pipe tobacco, and the tea tastes like it smells. Not one that I would buy again.
I mix the Cinnamon apple with this tea and it is amazing!

This is one of the best teas I've ever had! Incredibly rich and robust, deeply flavored, and it stays that way whether made hot or cold. Don't put any sugar in it! The caramel flavor is so strong that it needs no sweetener.
While rooibos tea by itself is not my favorite I find it flavored has more of appeal to me. This is no exception, the caramel makes it a great dessert tea.
I used this mixed with the rooibos cinnamon apple or the honeybush apricot. Alone, it was fine, but in a blend it offers a nice flavor.
This is one of my new favourites for rooibos. Has a very strong scent of caramel once the bag is opened. This tea lets the rooibos stand out without being overpowered by the caramel flavour. Can't wait to try this one in some blends.

I feel a little like goldilocks with these caramel teas. The black was toooo strong (way too much caramel), and this one isn't quite strong enough. I definitely preferred it to the black, though, as the spicy rooibos taste goes well with the mellow sweetness of the caramel. Of the two, probably the one I'd use in a blend, and more enjoyable to drink since it's not overwhelmingly sweet. Careful about how much sugar you put in, though. I used a little less honey than I usually did, and if I had put in my usual amount it would have been way too much.
A hands-down favourite, rooibos caramel is delectable.
Bought this for blending at home. I like it but it's a little too sweet. Caramel flavor is heavy and with the rooibos it ends up tasting a little fake. Add just a tiny teaspoon to another tea for an injection of sweetness.
Very, very sweet tea that tends to overpower other flavors when used in a blend. Works great as an accent flavor and can be a bit cloying when drunk alone.
Once you open up the packet, the aroma of the tea just hits you. It instantly made my mouth water. This tea smells so delicious. It smells just like caramel, the taste is even better then the smell! I really, really freaking adore this tea!

I like honeybush Hazelnut better but you really can taste the caramel in this. I added some cream because that is how I like it (hot or cold) and it really brought out the taste.

I love this stuff! I've drank it now by itself, with the rooibos vanilla, and with the rooibos cocomint. I think I love it the best by itself, it has a really good, sweet, caramelly taste. But if you like to blend, it goes with the other two, also. After loving the sample, I ordered a whole pound of this!

The caramel is a bit underwhelming. Perhaps if I added milk and honey or agave it would enhance the flavor of the caramel. I will certainly try it next time.

This has become my dessert tea - perfect finish to the evening. The aroma is enticing, and no matter what I try to say about the flavor, it wouldn't do it justice - caramel-flavored rooibos is the best of all worlds!
My doctor told me I have to cut back on caffeine for a short while, yuck, so my usual pre-bed oolong will be replaced by Rooibos, my go to tea when I have belly problems. On a whim I got a bunch of different flavored ones, this one was the first I tried. I really like the Rooibos base and the caramel notes are sweet without being cloying. There was an unexpected cherry note at the finish that gave the tea a surprise tartness, not sure how I felt about it, but it seemed the more the tea cooled the more the cherry note disappeared. So overall, I liked!
