Excellent flavor! If you like marzipan as much as I do, I highly recommend this tea.
Savory almond with the bright, sweet taste of Rooibos herb. Smooth and almost marzipan sweet, soft finish.

Excellent flavor! If you like marzipan as much as I do, I highly recommend this tea.
This is great for the morning when you crave the sweetness of the amaretto flavor. I have it almost every morning to get me in a great mood!
It wasn't distasteful, but the flavor was very bland, particularly in comparison to the scent.
Another very light tasting tea with a lightly sweet and nutty flovor. Very subtle. It was very good creamed or with milk. Also very good as a blending tea, especially with chocolate.
The roobos almond (decaf) was very aromatic and soothing!
Very strong almond taste. If you really enjoy almond tasting things, this one is for you.
Wow! Just got the sample yesterday and I love it. Almond is my favorite flavor, and this was the first rooibos I've tasted. Yummy!
I do not think I have the proper words to describe this tea. Any black tea that I add this to suddenly has so much more flavor and is more well-rounded than before. I have a Cinnamon Fig Black Tea that, with this an addition, becomes the perfect winter tea.
I would invariably suggest, no demand, that everyone get at least a small container of this tea to flavor their other black teas. I dare you to find a black tea it tastes bad with.
This one had a nice smooth almond flavor. While I prefer the Vanilla and Caramel Rooibos, I do like this one.
Good balance between the almond flavor and rooibos, they don't overpower each other. Nothing special but good for those nights when I don't want caffeine.
One of my favorite teas! It's good plain, but I sometimes add milk and honey for an extra treat.
Very nice flavor, the almond is very mild. Some cream and sugar helps to bring out the sweetness of the almond.
The almond extract smell is very pronounced, but it doesn't come through so powerfully when drinking. Certainly only appropriate for certain time and food pairings.
Very tasty, can't taste a huge amount of almond, but it's there. Good with two teaspoons per cup, nice and strong, without being *too* strong.
This was the first rooibos tea I've tried and I really like it. The almond flavor adds a delicious aroma, but does not overwhelm the rooibos. I prefer my teas stronger, so I just steep it longer. A wonderful drink on its own or with lemon / sweetener / chilled.
very nice flavor if you like almonds. I usually drink this in the mornings.
I cant wait to try this rooibos almond tea. The ratings were good, im excited.
My new favorite dessert tea! Very earthy. My whole family loves this!
I like the idea of Roobois almond better than the execution. The tea is of a fine enough quality, but the almond/marzipan-y flavour just isn't doing it for me the way Roobois Vanilla and Rooibos Caramel did.
Pretty good but the almond has a stronger smell than taste. May be better mixed with a stronger flavor.
The almond seems rather subtle in this, but it is still very good (and caffiene free).
probobly the best rooibos tea i've had besides the rooibos jasmine.
A good Rooibos but a little strong. A similar but better option for me is the Rooibos Caramel.
This tea tastes a little strange to me. The flavor seems a little medicinal to me. I do not like it on its own, but I do drink it blended with wild strawberry and honeybush chocolate teas.
I found it a little bland. It's more just rooibos than a strong almond flavor. But I find that with most adagio teas...they are generally not as sharp in flavor compared to SPECIALTEAS.
Nothing surprising here. A good roobios with a hint of almond.
The almond flavor overpowers the Rooibos in a way I don't favor. The result is a marzipan tea. It is OK as an occasional dessert tea, or cut with plain rooibos.
eewww, smells like vanilla and/or almond extract, tastes like it too, way too strong. took a few sips and tossed the rest, glad i only bought a sample, maybe ill try the plain rooibos
I like this tea a lot. The almond flavor is not intense, but it is definitely there, and it is well balanced with the rooibos. It is great with milk as well as mixed with honeybush hazelnut tea.
This tea is very earthy. It had a nutty flavor that was not overpowering. I enjoyed this tea with a touch of honey. My friends enjoyed this tea with milk. The cream brought out the earthy flavoring.
I adore the nutty flavor and the aroma! Delish! Great in blends!
There's an interesting scent and aftertaste to this flavor that's somewhat alcoholic, if that makes any sense. It's closer to almond extract than raw or toasted almonds. If you like marzipan or almond extract, you'll like this tea (and if you don't, try the hazelnut)
First off, I need to point out that this stuff smells just like Dr. Pepper. It hits you every time you take a sip. The almond flavor seems to even out the rooibos, making a pretty smooth drink with neither flavor overpowering.
This tea was good, but didn't have the almond flavor I expected. As a rooibos tea it was good, but I expected more additional flavor
this stuff is so damn good and decaf to boot...it smells fantastic - it has me hooked to buy more rooibos
Wow! This is my favorite Rooibos so far - and I've tried quite a few ... Almond flavor tends to overpower almost everything, but I think for this they found the perfect mixing ratio. (I've only tried this iced so far, but that's my favorite way of drinking Rooibos in any case - I could imagine this to be great hot as well, though!)
I'm not usually a fan of almond flavored stuff since most have a cloying (in my opinion) almost amaretto flavor. This had a great flavor though. I'm definitely impressed.
My favorite flavor of rooibos. Almond makes it really special and aromatic. Some people don't like the almondy taste though - I'm the only one in my family who loves this tea.
I understand Rooibos teas are good for you but the smell and taste is awful.
Smells like the cinnamon brown sugar and nut crumble on top of a crumble cake, and smells like it too. I think I almost taste anise in it too. I like all of these things, so this tea and a little sugar is a perfect way to unwind for me.
I thought this tea was just good, but my daughter loves it.
This is a good tea. The almond flavor really comes out in this. I'm not a huge rooibos fan (at least not Adagio's), but this one is nice.
This one tastes like marzipan coffee cake. It seemed like I detected some cherry flavor notes as well.
I really like this tea. I am a real fan of flavored rooibos and this one is a good one. I brewed as directed and was rewarded with a dark flavorful cup that delighted in cream and sugar...yum
The almond flavor isn't enough to cover the anise and rootbeer flavor. The almond oolong is MUCH better.
I tend to like this one mixed. It is good mixed with the honeybush vanilla. It is also good with Disaronno (pretty sweet though).
I would like the almond flavoring to be a little stronger. I usually use a little sugar to sweeten up the cup.
This is my favorite tea. It has a smooth, rich flavor.
A nightime staple in my house! Excellent for those evenings when you don't want a dessert, but crave a mellow, sophsticated way to end out the day.
This was surprisingly good. The almond slivers are pretty to the eyes. Almond is one of my favorite nuts, and what a wonderful combination.
