Smells divine! and tastes great too. I mix this with cinnamon and cream to come up with a yummy cinnabon taste.
This rooibos has a delicious, sweet almond aroma as soon as you scoop it into the pot. It brews quickly and is quite strong. There's no need to 'add a spoon for the pot' like conventional English wisdom says for most teas. Traditional methods for brewing rooibos include simmering a pot on the stove all day, adding water when necessary. I haven't tried it with the Rooibos Almond yet because letting it steep for 10 minutes yielded such a strong brew that I'm not sure that it wouldn't be too strong. I've been drinking rooibos for about 15 years, before it was popular, thanks to a wonderful South African friend who introduced me to this magical red bush. I have to say this (and Adagio's vanilla) are the best flavored rooibos I've had, and I've had some right off the plane from South Africa. The aroma is delicious and the flavor isn't cloying. it doesn't hide the true rooibos flavor. Until I tried this almond rooibos, I've alwas stuck with non-flavored or vanilla flavor because the other flavors have always been either too strong or too artificial. I would recommend Rooibos Almond as an introductory rooibos as well as a delicious change of pace for experienced rooibos lovers too. I will definitely be ordering more soon!

Like the coconut black tea, this tea is VERY heavily almond flavored. In this case the almond flavor eclipses any flavor coming from the rooibos. I'm pretty disappointed in this tea and am glad I only ordered a sampler.

Years ago I drank amaretto tea and then it was discontinued but I found this and it is just wonderful with the taste of sweet almonds and that soothing feeling of the tea going down your throat. A wonderful end to an exhausting day

Roibos is my favorite tea anyway, so I'm biased, but the combination was delightful. It became even better with milk added to mellow out the almond and bring out the roibos from underneath.

The tea smells good but the almond flavor wasn't quite what I was hoping for. I liked the rooibos vanilla better but I also like my tea a little sweeter. However, it works well mixed with rooibos caramel.

I love this tea and got many people at my work hooked on it. I add a heaping spoonful plus a tad more. I haven't tried it with just a spoonful. I also add about a spoonful of honey. The almond gives it a cherry-almond like flavor and is complimented well by the woodsy taste of the rooibos. I would highly recommend this tea.

Let me preface by saying I love almonds. That said, this is one of the best smelling teas I've ever had! It smells sweet and like, well, almonds! I personally would describe the taste as more creamy than anything but it's pretty good!
