I like to make this with cream and a little sugar. I love the nutty aftertaste. I will probably mix it with chocolate or vanilla Honeybush.
Mellow, sweet-toasty flavor of Honeybush herb from South Africa with hazelnuts. Creamy, cozy and nutty.

I like to make this with cream and a little sugar. I love the nutty aftertaste. I will probably mix it with chocolate or vanilla Honeybush.
Replaces coffee for me without the caffeine! It is my go to cup in the morning.
Another tea I made iced. It was OK but probably better hot since I think the melting ice watered this down too much.
I'm not to sure about this flavor. I do like hazelnut but there's something about it as a tea that's just not fitting. I think it would be better with some agave and almond milk but I prefer my teas without.
This tea tones down the intense hazelnut tea with a more mellow taste.
It doesn't have a very strong nutty smell in the bag but once it's steeped WHOA NELLY it smells like every hazelnut pastry I've ever loved. It's a really clean sort of taste and the hazelnut comes in nicely as an aftertaste.
So good! It has a funky smell while brewing, but that didn't stop me from enjoying this! It's really sweet, love the nutty taste. It's just over all really good.
A delicious alternative to coffee. I wasn't sure how it would taste at first but it turned out to be one of my favorites!
Hazlnut teas just tend to hit the spot for me. between the earth flavor of the hazlnut mixed with a tea. it just works.
The hazelnut flavor is very powerful, almost stealing the show from the rooibos.
I like this. Unusual flavor with hint of hazelnut flavoring.
Nutty flavor in a rooibos works okay, but I prefer something a bit more robust.
I liked this! My first honeybush tea. Not super spicy and not too sweet, I was very impressed by it. I will definitely reorder this on it's own in my next order.
It was tasty. I've had better teas and I've had worse teas.
Toasty, nutty, and sweet. This is my go-to tea when I don't want caffeine, and is particularly delicious with milk and sugar!
This smells just like nutella and possibly the best honeybush I've ever had
The flavor seems a little weak to me. I add some Hazelnut to amp up the flavor which makes it better IMO.
Decadent, rich flavor without the caffeine or oxylates.
This tea tastes great it's just not my jam in comparison to other herbal teas.
I've purchased tea from multiple websites and not only have I found my favorite website, this is my FAVORITE blend of red bush. The taste is just perfect!
I got this as a free sample and it smells so nice! It tastes really good with a little bit of honey.
Decent taste. Hazelnut doesn't stay long though.
Long story made short: I love hazelnut tea. I like rooibos. I've never had honeybush. I found this more or less undrinkable.
I suspect this speaks more to my personal tastes than the quality of the product. I can technically attest to all the keywords you find in other reviews: nutty, sweet, slightly citrusy, with a bit of an herbal background. But I would personally rephrase these as raw, cloying, astringent, and with an earthy quality that better suits a nice, strong pu-erh.
In conclusion, this is one dyed-in-the-wool black tea drinker that has not been converted to honeybush.
This is my go-to tea in mid afternoon where in days gone by I would like a cup of coffee. The hazelnut flavor is subtle, blends nicely with the honeybush. This tea gives me the sense of something more substantial than it actually is, a good subsitute for that coffee.
I love the nutty creaminess of this tea! It was wonderful to find the hazelnut flavor in an herbal tea. Everyone I share it with seems to love it too!
Love this tea!!! Honeybush is a wonderful base for hazelnut. It is warm and sweet and the hazelnut is perfectly balanced. It smells very strong in the bag but is not overpowering in the tea. This is my favorite hazelnut tea so far. Highly recommend
This tea is one that you have to acquire a taste for. It is very woody, but in a pleasing way if you're expecting it.
I don't like very many herbal teas so I was happy to find this one that has a nice hazelnut taste without the caffeine.
I'm not a hazelnut person. I don't like any nut flavored things, really, haha. When this free sample was randomly thrown into my cart, I figured there was someone I could give it to. I gave it to my boss at work (I tried my mother first, but it seems that Adagio's Chestnut Tea has claimed her loyalty as far as nutty teas go.), and she said it smelled really good when she opened it. I don't have much else to offer, other than that this tea apparently makes a great gift!
This tea warmed me right up. I have to say this is definitely my favorite of the samples I ordered!
Sure decaf teas don't have too much flavor sometimes, but this one does a great job.
This tea has a nice hazelnut flavor and no caffeine.
I was a bit skeptical at first but I do enjoy this one when I need a nice warm drink but not the caffeine. Hazelnut is one of my favorite flavors and this hits the spot.
Love it. It is just as good as every tea Adagio has!Love them all!
This is one of my go-to herbal teas. The hazelnut brings out the best in the flavor of the honeybush.
Good for a night time tea...but I think it would be even better blended with another tea. I like hazelnut and all, but there's something about this I'm not fond of...
I drink this later evening to satisfy sweet cravings
This is the best tea I have ever had! If you are a coffee drinker, it is strong like that and the taste is fantastic!
I never thought a tea could pry me away from Green Rooibus Bonita. Well, I didn't break up but let's just say there has been an ongoing affair and GRB is very suspicious!
I think I've come to the realization that I'm just not a fan of the rooibos flavor.
another great non caffeine tea with good nut flavor.
This isn't my favorite tea ever, but is is good with cream.
Great flavor. Also perfect for a late night cup due to it being naturally caffeine free.
ONE OF MY FAVES!!! This has such a strong hazelnut flavour - I absolutely love it with milk and sugar. You can SMELL this tea when you make it. Gorgeous!
Im not very big fan of rooibos but this nix is actualy pretty tasty
A long time favorite of mine. I love it both hot and iced.
With a little sugar, this tea is like having dessert without the bad carbs! The more I drink it, the more addicting it's becoming. This has become my favorite of Adagio's teas.
Honeybush has a naturally nutty flavor that's distinct from the hazelnut but matches well with it. This tea is the perfect finish after Italian food.
Nice nutty flavor. Goes well with soy or coconut milk and honey.
If you like hazelnut, this tea is for you. It has a very warm, creamy taste, and is sort of reminiscent of freshly ground hazelnut coffee. This was one of my favorite samples that I ordered and will most likely be buying a bigger amount when I run out.
