This was as strange as I thought it would be but definitely worth a try!
The smooth, gently roasted and honeyed aroma of Honeybush from South Africa, infused with dark chocolate flavor.

This was as strange as I thought it would be but definitely worth a try!
This tea is everything I could ever want in an after dinner tea. I always crave something sweet and comforting when we relax at the end of the day, and more often than not find myself reaching for candy or wine to satisfy that craving. I kid you not, I cannot wait for the day to end so I can have this cup of tea (and then a second, and sometimes a third). I have never found a tea that I crave as much as this one!
This is super yummy. One of my favorite honeybush tea's at adagio.
Definitely can taste the chocolate in this one ! Very good.
Delicious and amazing tea which I enjoyed. Highly recommend it!
While I like this tea in blends, in its own, the chocolate flavor is underwhelming.
So delicious!! I loved the taste of chocolate...and it also tasted great with some condensed milk added!
I was not impressed with Honeybush Chocolate. The chocolate flavor does not taste good at all.
Love this tea, it is exactly what I want in a chocolate tea and the honeybush complements it so well. With a splash of almond milk it's perfection.
This tea has a bold rich flavor; but I found out that I am not a huge honeybush teas. I think the honeybush overpowers the chocolate. I was hoping for more chocolate, so that I could combine it with the rooibos caramel, as a sort of dessert tea.
The chocolate and honeybush combine to make a lovely, warming tea. It is definitely a dessert tea, delicious with cream and sugar. The honey bush is a bit less earthy than rooibos, which is a plus for me.
This tea is incredible! I was looking for a chocolate tea with a non-caffeinated base, and this is perfect! It’s just as good as the black tea version!!
The smells exactly like chocolate, but the chocolate flavor is pretty light. It tastes mostly like honeybush with a hint of cocoa. It's not something I generally want to have on its own, but it's nice mixed with other teas especially chai blends to add a subtle chocolate note.
This has been an effective substitute for sweets for me. Smells AMAZING - taste is slightly less full, but still enough to satisfy. Would definitely recommend to someone with a sweet tooth looking for some healthier alternatives.
Very pleasant and soft. We are new to the honeybush teas and love how well they compliment our rooibos teas. If rooibos teas are velvet, honeybush is chashmere.
This did not have a strong or distinct flavor, very weak in fact despite following instructions. I have tried other chocolate Adagio teas and they have been very good.
Not as good as adagios other chocolate teas, in my opinion. I feel like the honeybush overwhelms the chocolate flavor.
Not as good as some of the other chocolate teas. The honeybush tea overpowers the chocolate flavors, so this ends up having just a hint of chocolate. Wish this tea had some coco nibs or chocolate chips to help with the chocolate flavor.
We added stevia to turn this into a sweet chocolatey treat.
Yummy yum yum. As a chocolholic I approve of this tea! Very good with a great chocolate aftertaste.
Delicious! Perfect for that indulging that chocolate craving.
I generally prefer a ginger or mint flavored herbal, but the honeybush chocolate is a nice change of pace. It's not as sweet as I expected when I first tried it...you get the bitterness of the cocoa with a hint of sweetness at the end. I am not a coffee drinker, but imagine this would be a favorite among them.
Not a big fan. Chocolate tastes almost off putting. Could just be I just don’t like chocolate but it almost tastes a little artificial.
Great, refreshing tea that had a hint of chocolate to it and a faintness almost like mint. Light, it doesn't have a very heavy taste to it but is rich enough to have a dessert feel when you're drinking it.
I like the notes of chocolate. I’m usually not a fan of honeybun but this one is outstanding
I usually don't like flavored rooibos or honeybush, but the chocolate flavor is actually really subtle and nice. Great for dessert.
A delicious treat. It is not super chocolatey but gives you a hint of that flavor it is nice when I want to change it up from the traditional roobois.
I believe honeybush teas do not have caffeine (or maybe just a little. I am so glad I found this tea and to have chocolate added was a Dream. Great before bed. It is smooth and not harsh at all.
Great for a rainy day, or when you want something a little bit sweet in your afternoon.
Smooth tea is a good base for this flavor, I could definitely taste the raw chocolate flavor. I preferred to add some milk and sugar to it, but at that point I might as well have just had hot chocolate instead. Probably better if you're into those European type dark chocolates.
A great chocolate fix with none of the guilt. Great with cream and honey or straight.
My favorite by far! Very sweet flavor. I enjoy it with milk and honey after dinner! Great for a hot coco substitute!!!
I was not a fan of this tea at all. However, a friend of mine loved it. It definitely tastes like chocolate as expected, but it just wasn't my cup of tea ;-)
Not a favorite. A slight bitterness at the back of my throat is overcome by the chocolate, but not enough to bring me back for more.
Wonderful herbal chocolately flavor (even without milk)
I'm not a fan of honeybush but this is a great herbal tea, very chocolaty. I really like it, great for before bed for a cozy dark night.
A good chocolate tea. I've mixed it with other teas to make it minty or fruit or whatever.
Pretty good no caffeine chocolate tea. Definitely need to use a heaping Teaspoon of tea in the cup. Smooth, sweet flavor.
Good, but not a favorite. The chocolate flavor seems a little flat.
Dark chocolate flavor with a little spice. It was pretty good and would be a nice mixer
Yummy chocolate without being cloyingly so. I like it with a touch of sweetener. Would also be good with milk or cream.
Love to mix this tea with others for a great addition of choc to my fruit and spice teas.
My husband says this is his favorite of the sample sizes I ordered. I would order it again, but might try a rooibos based one as we like strong flavors.
I always love honey bush for congestion and I love how chocolatey it is
Has a strong chocolate flavor. Was looking for something to replace the Teavana white chocolate peppermint tea I loved and while this one certainly has no peppermint, it's a nice tea when you want something chocolatey.
I love the nuttiness of the rooibos with the chocolate. Just make sure not to over brew, or it will get bitter
Good chocolate flavor but can taste a bit artificial at times.
This is yummy on it's own, but I love to mix it with Honeybush Hazelnut, Roobios Almond or Vanilla Chai for the best cocoa tea latte!
Nice cocoa taste. Will definitely make it into my regular rotation.
My first experience with honeybush tea was not my favorite. THIS one was good. The flavors were mild and slightly chocolatey.
