This was a HUGE surprise for me! I had a single from a communitea and didn't drink it for months because I'm not a banana nut muffin fan. But this tea is coziness personified and makes me wish actual banana nut muffins tasted this good. It's such an authentic banana bakery flavor. It's now going into my evening rotation. I'm super impressed!
If you read before that this tea taste like a banana bread, it is because it really does. Just add a teaspoon of honey to your brew and try it if you do not believe me.
Great flavor, really does remind me of banana nut bread
This tea is literally one of my favorites and my favorite herbal. Just 1-2 sugar packets/lumps makes it perfectly sweet and is the perfect way to hydrate in the afternoon.
In the bag: Similar to the Adagio photo, but with a higher concentration of marigold flowers.
On the nose (pre-steep): Clear scent of banana nut bread. A bit of that honeybush herb, but only as a background note. Mildly sugary.
On the nose (post-steep): The herbal honeybush is stronger, now sharing the stage with the bread. A touch of chocolate as well.
On the tongue (pre-sweetener): The flavors match the post-steep aromas, save for the absence of chocolate. No natural sweetness.
On the tongue (post-sweetener): The sweetness turns this into a true dessert tea. It accentuates the banana and brings out hints of cinnamon.
Opinion: A lovely blend once sweetener has been added. It indeed reminds me of its namesake.
Preparation: First steep 5 min, second steep 10 min. Both @ 212 ℉. ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener.
This is exactly the flavor I was expecting and hoping for after reading its name. I really enjoyed the light banana taste and nuttiness. Even the spent tea reminded me of warm banana nut muffins.
Didn't love this one...banana is an odd flavor to have in tea, so maybe its just my own preference!
I don't generally like rooibos teas (at all), but I really, really enjoyed this! It definitely tastes like banana bread but isn't overwhelming. I'm planning to purchase more.
I love the Honeybush Banana Nut tea! It's like a sweet treat, but not really very sweet unless you add a little sweetener. It really does remind me of banana nut bread. It has a nice hint of cinnamon that really makes it nice. This is definitely one of my new favorites!

I accidentally ordered this tea, not realizing it contained nuts (I know it's in the title), so I never got to try. HOWEVER I did give it to my neighbor, who absolutely adored it and said that it tasted and smelled like the fresh banana bread she would eat as a child. 10/10

I drink a cup of this every morning. It gives the same satisfaction as a piece of banana bread, but without the calories! I don't remove the tea infuser, I just drink it while it continues to steep and it's never gotten bitter

Adagio has introduced me to many different flavors of tea that I never knew existed. One of the better flavors that I have tried.
I don't taste any banana in it I smell it but no taste maybe because I don't honey or sweeteners but I won't be buying again

It is like I'm drinking a banana nut muffin. My only complaint is that the tea was smashed and my diffuser didn't catch much of the tea.

I like honeybush tea, so this is a perfect blend for me. I love that it's caffeine free so I can enjoy it at night when I want a cozy treat. It isn't a super strong tea, but definitely a lovely sweet treat for fall nights!
I had reservations about this tea as the idea of banana just sounded...weird. Imagine my surprise when I tasted this and realized that banana simply provides an earthy sweetness rather than full banana flavor. It's grounded in the nut and honey bush and makes not only a great dessert tea but a refreshing iced brew!
Not my favorite, will not order again. This is a personal preference, but the flavors with red are not as good as green.
Imma tell you a secret. Brew yourself a pot of this, grab a little Irish cream liquor, and put a bit in the cut with your tea. It is otherworldly. Great without the Irish cream as well. :)

Oof, this one is delectable! I steep a little longer than suggested, usually about 8 minutes, and it's perfect. Honey is my preferred sweetener with this tea, it just goes so well with it. Tastes like banana nut bread!

Tastes very warm, smooth, and sweet, with a nice nutty taste. The banana is subtle and a very nice addition. This is one of my favorites!
