I'm not a fan of banana bread too begin with so this tea is not for me. Flavors came through.
CommuniTEA packet: I agree with my fellow drinkers. This tastes like a banana nut muffin in a cup. That said, I'm not a huge fan of banana nut muffins, but it is still good and I'm still glad I gave it a try.

Wow, this was unexpectedly amazing when it showed up in my February CommuniTEA. It's reminiscent of banana bread, banana nut muffins, or even cereal with nuts and bananas on top - some of my favorite foods. Never would have thought to try a tea with banana on my own, but I'm so glad this ended up in my cup! I love it and so do my kids.
This tea tastes just like it smells which makes it enjoyable. the only downside is that the smell can be a little overwhelming. however if you like banana bread this is perfect for you!!

Loved the taste of this hot and cold. It tastes just like a slice of fresh banana nut bread in a cup. For 10oz water I use 1/2 tsp of sugar to make it taste even better.

Maybe it's the honey bush, but it smells more medicinal than a dessert tea. My wife says it reminds her of some Chinese medicinal herbal teas.

This tea tastes just like a banana nut muffin. Though I would recommend only drinking it warm. Honey is better then sugar for this tea
I am not one to write fancy flavor profiles, there are plenty of people on here that are great at that. This is hands down my favorite herbal tea ever. It is a treat, sweet or unsweetened, hot, warm or cold. It blends well with black teas, strong or mild. If you like any combination of the flavors in its name it will be a solid it for you.
I try to avoid caffeine and am on an eternal quest for the best-tasting herbal tea. This blend smells terrific, but only tastes okay. :(
I got this as free sample and was pleasantly surprised. I made sure to order a full size as soon as possible.
I tried this years ago and loved the smell. My most recent bag seems a little less fragrant and therefore less flavorful. I feel it needs a little bit more of something else but I am struggling to figure out what that is. I have tried boosting it with some hazelnut and tiger eye, and might try a bit more experimentation. Overall it is a tasty base, just not perfect.

Everyone is absolutely on point with the flavour of this tea. Been looking for new herbal blends to add to my collection of 'I'd like something that tastes good but with few to no calories' and this is it! With a splash of milk and the tiniest bit of sugar (1tsp give or take of whatever sweetener of choice as I've used three different kinds now) it turns into decadence. Second brew comes off as a comforting apple crumble, even, once the first brew takes heartily of the natural banana flavouring.
Good with banana nut bread. I like the nutty taste to it. Reminds me a little bit of the brown bread ice-cream i had when visiting Ireland.

This is my all time favorite tea. The faint taste of apples and banana with more complex flavors. It is incredibly smooth and both tastes and smells like a banana nut muffin. I sweeten it with a teaspoon of local honey.
My search for my favorite tea is over! This is perfection in a cup! There is a hint of sweetness, but it's far from cloying. My only complaint is that I wish it was more banana-y, but it's so pleasant and toasty and comforting, that I can overlook it. I'm sorry I only bought the 10 cup size because I've already had three cups today.
Side note: mix half this and half pecan turtle and it almost tastes like Nutella on warm banana bread.
