I'm not normally a big fan of flavored teas, but this one is the exception. The banana nut bread flavor is so warm and comforting. I look forward to pouring myself a cup of this to wind down.

The reason I checked out Adagio was a friend s strong recommendation of this particular tea, which seemed like a huge outlier given his tastes. But wow, do I get why he recommended it. This is also totally unlike the deeper oolongs I usually drink, and maybe that s why I like it so much as well. Clear, strong, and true banana and nut flavors are right up front, with intensity that stops short of cloying. Like, well, banana bread. A second steeping was every bit as enjoyable, to the point where I ve already had four cups today, the day I got it. I ll be ordering a larger size right away. If you re on the fence, thinking this sounds good but not serious enough or too sweet, get it. It s not supposed to be some rarefied Nonpareil oolong. It s supposed to taste good and be fun to drink, and it very much is.
Very fragrant tea. The banana really comes out, but in a comforting and certainly not excessive way.
This one is my absolute favorite!!! It has such a nice aroma and the subtle taste of banana is delightful. My kids ask me to brew this tea all the time.
The smell is heavenly! This is a really nice dessert tea, but it is a bit overpowering. I would cut the amount to steep in half and half the steep time. The first few sips were great, but it was really intense for an entire cup. I tried brewing this at half the recommended amount and it is just not for me. It is too intense in flavor.
I was concerned that the banana flavor might be a little too strong. However, it was perfect just the right about of banana taste. Add a little cream & honey...delicious!

Amazingly, it really is basically liquid banana bread. I was skeptical when seeing people describe it as such, but it's genuinely a slice of honey-nut banana bread in a cup.

This tea is the reason why I placed my first order here because I’d only had heard good reviews. This is in my top three favorite teas of all time! It smells like you’ve walked into a bakery and they just put out freshly baked banana muffins! The taste doesn’t disappoint either it’s not overly sweet and it has just the right amount of banana. If you’re wanting a dessert tea I would choose this one.

My first honeybush tea! This is really quite lovely, tasting a lot like banana bread. Next time would probably steep for longer than the recommended five minutes, but a very promising cup.

I purchased only the sample size, but now I'm needing to buy the biggest bag Adagio has lol This is my absolute favorite tea it tastes like just like banana bread. And it's already naturally sweetened so you don't need a lot of Honey or sugar but it's a wonderful tea for people who suffer from RLS (restless leg syndrome) like myself.I can drink this anytime at night and I won't have restless leg from it because there is no caffeine!!!

Like Banana? This is for you! It is hard to find a honeybush that you can add cream to and not drown out the flavor. This one stands up to cream with no problem. It tastes just like you think and hope it does! We work nights at my house and when we want something before bed or when we can't be up all night, this is our preferred drink. I have also had it cold, without cream and it's very nice.

This tea is so good it's almost unbelievable. The perfect balance of being sweet enough to feel like a treat without being so cloying that it's undrinkable on a regular basis throughout the day. Good hot, iced, and even lukewarm, this is a tea that I'm going to be ordering over and over and over again!
This is one of the only teas I own that smells the same before and after brewing. It smells exactly like banana nut bread. It also tastes pretty much exactly like banana nut bread. This is a really good tea. Even without adding any honey, it's good, but when you add some, it's really set off. I don't see this one lasting too long in my cupboard because of how fast I'm about to drink it. And to think I usually prefer the tart flavors best.

I got that tea because the high rating it got. I was disappointed though. It's kind of sour, so one needs to add some kind of sweetener to notice the banana nut flavor.
