Like drinking a mug of warm banana bread. I wasn't sure about it on first, but the more I sipped it, the more it grew on me. The banana complimented nicely by a good nutty flavor. A nice caffeine-free treat to enjoy warm on a cool day!
I normally am not a fan of banana flavored things, but this tastes exactly like someone steeped a slice of banana nut bread. It's one of my favorites.

This is a very nice tea. With hot tea l like to add honey and cream so I need a tea that the flavor stands out above the additives. This tea does not disappoint. I don’t know that I would drink it as a every day tea but I could see myself drinking it on a cold winter’s day with a cup of Honeybush Banana Nut in hand. Very nice.

It comes off a little strange at first but I ended up liking it. I just added a maybe 3/4 a teaspoon of sugar.

This is just darn tasty! Totally tastes like a banana nut muffin, and it tastes just like it smells! And it’s honeybush to boot so no pesky caffeine to worry about if you’re sensitive or looking for a cuppa close to bed! Not to mention that it’s great iced, too.. ;)
Was a good tea, probably one of my favorite if not the best so far. I always make my tea from my boiling pot. Sit overnight in pot. Then Boil for 5 mins. 1 liter add1liter of ice .

I love this one. I put some milk and honey and it is amazing. I get these cookie dippers from trader joe’s and I love dipping them in this tea. The chocolate chip cookie and this tea pair well.
HONEYBUSH BANANA NUT tastes like a warm hug!!! I’ve bought it several times and plan on continuing to do so. I like mine non sweetened, paired with chocolate! I make for my brother milk + maple syrup + honeybush banana nut and it tastes heavenly too, he loves it. 💛

One of my all-time favorites. Friends often comment that it smells like banana bread. Im still playing around to figure out the best tea-milk ratios as it goes well with milk, bit milk also drowns out quite a bit of flavor. Either way, I love it!!

It’s naturally flavorful and comforting all on its own, with no need for extra sweetener.

I was looking for a replacement for a tea I used to love to drink in Amsterdam when I lived there. Specifically the Africa tea from Albert Heijn. While this tea isn’t exactly matching it is still very “taste tea” and I will no doubt be enjoying many cups of this one in the future!
Gorgeous, everything I want from a dessert tea. Sweet and floral with the apple and marigold, perfectly balanced with the banana notes.
I really enjoyed this one. So I only took off one star because I think if you are gonna have banana in the name I need it to be a stronger flavor and not something that I have to try to find. I think what came through more was chestnut playing with that almost vanilla tasting natural sweetness that comes from the honeybush base. Definitely picked up on what reminded me of a dusting if cinnamon as well. I will say that it was very reminiscent of eating a muffin and maybe even a banana nut bread, but I really need that banana flavor kicked up a notch to snag the extra star. It is still an awesome tea and I may pick up a bag once my stash opens up some spots. 212° 5 min

CommuniTEA sample: 5 min @ 212 F. Second cup for 10 min @ 212 F. I really like the aroma of the dry leaves. It's a beautiful, red, honeybush liquor, the appearance and body are comparable to black tea, I feel like the flavor profile would work great with black tea, and I can see it working well with honeybush as well! The problem is the aroma. In my first cup, there was a strong, alcoholic smelling aroma that I didn't care for, reminded me of bourbon, and it didn't fit well with the flavor. The flavor is actually pretty tasty, it's got notes of chestnut, cinnamon, and maybe some hints of something fruity like banana, but it's very roasted, very warm, it does remind me of a freshly baked muffin without being too sweet. My second cup, the smell wasn't as strong, but it's still there a little bit. Other than that, it's a pretty good tea!
