I generally really love teas with this flavor profile such as the Thai tea, but this one failed to reach the bar in terms of strength. Coconut is the strongest note out of not much at all, but the smell is wonderful. May need a longer steep than suggested.

This is really, really tropical. Add coconut milk. I like it a lot. I'll never give 5 stars to tea with a flavor that is not just a plant because it feels like junk food to me, but sometimes these are fun..

I love the tropical aroma and warmth of the Pu-Erh. I drink it with a little sweet cream like a treat.

I wasn’t quite sure if I would love this one but was curious about the coconut notes. I have to say I really enjoyed it. The coconut is subtle but lingers on the palette nicely.

This is such a nice Tea! It's tropical without being to overwhelmingly sweet, I think it would go well with brown sugar if you like to add a sweetner as well!

I enjoyed this fruity, floral, coconutty flavored tea hot with cream. The raspberries, rose and coconut stood out in my sample. It smelled good and tasted even better!

I actually wasn't sure if I'd like this tea or not, since I'm not very experienced with pu-erh, but this tea pleasantly surprised me! The papaya and coconut aren't at all overpowering, and it tastes wonderful hot - I'm sure it would taste just as amazing iced!

I enjoyed today's tea. The papaya and coconut gave it a fun tropical flair. Brewed for 6 minutes with a packet of Splenda.

A lovely pu-erh, with a very tropical fruitiness dancing on top. rich and flavorful, just not my cup of tea... perhaps I have an aversion knowing I shouldn't be consuming papaya anyway 🤷🏼♀️

So good, drank this one hot with nothing added. This one has that awesome earthy pu-erh flavor, but it is definitely brought to another level by adding that coconut as a bold flavor for the base. This is all made better by the apple, papaya, mango, and raspberry mingling together to create an awesome amalgamation of mixed fruit as an accent flavor. Can't wait to try this one iced soon as it is definitely going on the wishlist. 212° 5 min

The coconut is really prevalent but not unpleasant. I did enjoy it but I liked it better once I had it iced which might seem odd.

The tea is ok hot with a strong coconut taste. When iced it is quite good with papaya fruitiness backing up the coconut.

CommuniTEA sample: 2 min @ 212 F, second cup for 5 min @ 212 F. I like the earthy flavor of Pu-Erh. And I like that you can brew Pu-Erh teas multiple times, usually starting with a shorter infusion and getting longer period I tried that here, but my first infusion was very light and mostly fruity and floral and flavors. I could still taste a little bit of the Pu-Erh behind it all, but it was mostly coconut and rose. The second infusion held up much better, immediately, and getting the earthy aroma, then some sweet, tropical notes, then more earthy flavors, then some mango flavor as I swallow it, with a bit more of the typical, savory and heavy bodied finish of Pu-Erh. It's not what I would expect out of a traditional Pu-Erh, but it certainly isn't bad, and I will continue to experiment with the steep time and preparation methods for this blend!

The first brewing had a very tropical flavor, while a second brewing had a light fruity flavor. Both times the tea has a gentle flavor, very enjoyable. I will try this as an iced tea next.

This is my second flavored Pu-erh. I expected a more tropical flavor but it is smooth and mild. I would like to see more flavors offered as this tea seems to be very gentle on the stomach.

I was genuinely surprised by how much I liked this tea. It is fantastic. This one is exciting and tropical. The coconut wasn't overpowering but was delightfully present. I steeped it for 3-5 minutes. ...and already reordered.

Delicious and coconutty without being overwhelming. The rose petals tie the whole blend together and allow for a softened blend. Papaya is not my favorite fruit flavor, but it worked very well in the mix with the other ingredients.

The taste is good, I can taste the coconut. I like the fruity taste, the tea is very mild and smooth, and easy to drink. I prefer a more bold taste in my teas, this one is almost too mild for me personally.

Pu-erh is new to me. My first internet search was on how to pronounce the name correctly. Thanks to purepuer.com I learned that Pu-erh is pronounced 'Poo' which rhymes with the word 'you' and er is pronounced like the er in the word 'ergonomic'. Next was learning about the tea and its origins. Two sites were helpful with that: seriouseats.com and artoftea.com. I include this nerdy information so I can refer to it again in the future. I decided to make three steeps using 206F water (just under boiling) and a brew time of about 2 min. 30 sec., half of the CommuniTEA suggested time for each cup. The tea had a slightly earthy taste with the apple, rose and coconut flavors most notable. I added my usual milk and Truvia which smoothed all flavors and enriched the tea. My second and third steeps were just as enjoyable. I added honey instead of Truvia for these last two cups and found that the honey nicely complimented the gentle woodsy taste of the tea. I can say that I may be a real fan of Pu-erh soon if my next experience is as good as this one.

It's got a pleasant fruity flavor, but it tastes watered down. I brewed it for a full 10 minutes and I still felt like it was missing something. I think I'd like this flavor as a black,or even a green, tea.

Woah, this tea gives me a mouth full of taste! The coconut definitely leads, with a slight additional taste - is it the pu erh? It's my first one, so I can't really tell. I really enjoy it!

When I opened my CommuniTEA packet, I was met with aromas of coconut. I steeped the tea for 3 minutes. The tea has a mild tropical flavor and the pu-erh base makes it smooth. It is a decent cup of tea, but not my favorite.

I get a very soft mouthfeel when I drink this tea. When iced, it's subtlely sweet on its own without need for added sweetener. When served hot, I like to add just a little bit of honey to bring out all the lovely flavors. Overall, a very pleasant tea to either start or end your day.
