I really liked this tea. The hazelnut flavor really stood out, but the cream kept it from over powering the tea. I wish I could have tasted the strawberry flavoring in the tea more, as I feel that it would have been an interesting play on my taste buds. Overall the tea had a really smooth taste, and I enjoyed it immensely.

★★★★★

Really loved the balance of this tea. I prefer my tea strong and this was a tasty treat.

★★★★★

I absolutely loved this, picked it up on a whim. The leathery, earthy flavor of the pu erh paired nicely with the sweetness of the strawberry, but I was a little disappointed with how little hazelnut flavor there was

★★★★★

One of my all time favorite teas! Flavorful without being overpoweringly sweet, and great for more than one steeping (even if you forget and leave the strainer in longer .)

★★★★★

I definitely enjoyed this more than the pu erh dante. it has a rich, chocolaty flavor and is lovely for lazy sunday mornings.

★★★★★

I was not expecting to like this as much as I do. Wonderful hazelnut flavor with strawberry not overpowering. Sweet as is, without any added sugar. I wish I got more chocolate notes, however.

★★★★★

This is my absolute favorite tea. I like it hot or cold.

★★★★★

New favorite tea. It has a rich, full body that is reminiscent of coffee without the harshness of flavor. I cannot stop drinking it.

★★★★★

Easily my new favourite pu erh! Best with a little bit of milk or cream.

★★★★★

First Pu erh ever and this was really delish! Added sugar and a hint of creamer -- so sweet and malty. I love this one!

★★★★★

Wow! I'm not usually a strawberries-and-cream person, but this blend is the perfect mix of the savory hazelnut/pu erh flavors and the sweetness of strawberries and cream. And the smell when opening the pouch is amazing. I make mine with a dash of sugar and a little almond milk, which makes this into one of the best morning teas for these cold fall mornings.

one of the most relaxing teas I have drank its smooth taste puts a smile on my face every time.

★★★★★

This is a rich and wonderfully fun tea. A touch of sugar and a spot of cream and this is magic in a cup!

★★★★☆

Amazing! Velvet-y smooth texture and sweet. Reminds me of a Strawberry Cremesaver.

★★★☆☆

It smelled good in the bag, but ended up tasting kind of fakey syrupy.

★★★★★

My new favorite. Just buy it. you won't regret it.

★★★★★

New favorite tea! Wonderful flavor and aroma, strong and full-bodied.

★★★★★

Oh my god I LOVE hazelnut and the earthy pu erh supports the heavy taste of the hazelnuts so well! And underneath it all is a slightly hint of strawberry sweetness, it's perfect. I normally never take milk in my tea but a small splash tones down everything while letting the strawberry shine more while letting the hazelnut and pu erh also stay front and center. It's rare when milk adds to a tea instead of taking away.

Love this tea! I am happy to see Adagio is selling some new flavors. This has a really nice sweet and smooth flavor to it. The berries and hazelnut really compliment each other well. Very nice tea.

★★★☆☆

I had never had pu erh tea before this one and I was anxious to try it. When I opened the bag, it smelled so delicious like freaking cheesecake! Once I actually tasted it though, I didn't taste hardly anything at all. It's good if you like light flavors, but the smell was very misleading.

★★★★★

I'm pretty new to loose leaf, and this was my first time trying pu erh--and I have a new favorite. Absolutely fantastic, and the smell is incredible.

★★★★☆

could use more flavor profiles from the berry and hazelnut

★☆☆☆☆

I did not receive this tea even though I ordered it. I was sent a teabag sample of a tea that was already in my order as a replacement.

I loved this Pu-Erh blend, although not as much as the chorange. This has a scent/flavor reminiscent of the milk in the bottom of the bowl, after eating one of those berry flavored cereals I remember from childhood. I don't think the cocoa flavor comes through as much as it does in the chorange. I used a splash of cream and a bit of brown rock sugar, YUMMY! If the plain Pu-Erh teas weren't one of your favorites, give this or chorange Pu-Erh a try.

Oh my goodness. I just got a sample of this one but I am predicting that it will show up again on a future order! It is absolutely heavenly.

★★★★★

This tea smells incredible and tastes even better. The aroma reminds me of the smell of crunch berries, but the flavor is fruity/not sweet and lacks the astringency of typical black teas. I highly recommend it!

This smells and tastes amazing! I normally HATE pu'erh, but this really does the trick. Opening the bag, it smells just like Special K Strawberries and Yogurt. The flavor is not as intense, but you still get a hint of the earthy pu'erh. This tea is a total treat!

★★★☆☆

The strawberry taste really fades out and the nutty flavour is the majority of the taste. I grew kind of bored and sick of it before I finished the cup.

★★★★★

I love the color and the flavor of the tea when brewed. The strawberry that's in it just makes it so delicious.

★★★★★

Love this stuff and I am not usually a black tea fan...

★★★☆☆

It is drinkable, but kind of reminds me of Cap'n Crunch with Crunchberries. By the way I am over 50 years old and Cap'n Crunch with Crunchberries is still one of may all-time favorite cereals. That said, I am not sure I want that flavor with tea. I don't think that I would try this again as I prefer to actually taste tea instead of cereal, but that is me. I also feel the same about flavored coffees. I would rather experience the flavor naturally imparted by the environmentand species of the tea (or coffee).

I gave my sample to my mother-in-law and she loved it.

★★★★★

If you weren't mesmerized by the smell of this thing, then you'll certainly be under the spell of the taste. WOW. So smooth and comforting. mmmm.
When I think about going to the cupboard to try one of the 16 different flavors bought, this one keeps coming to mind as the one I should steep. This is only a sample, and I'm being stingy with using it, but I WILL be ordering a fullsize of this in the future. Mmmmmm
Steeped for about twice the recommended time and still tastes great

I have tried quite a lot of different pu erh teas but never a flavored one.
This one is pretty amazing. I regretted buying only a sample size as soon as I took the first sip. Rick, toasty hazelnut and berry undertones are in perfect balance. Other taste note include brown sugar, cream and maple.

My first pu erh tea. I was pleasantly surprised. I loved the flavor combination. Had a smooth and sweet taste. I will be ordering this again.

Multiple infusions are lovely, just as a good Pu Erh should. Flavors aren't overpowering and the nose is delicately sweet and floral. No need for sweeteners. My 11 year old loves it.

Easily the best of all the pu erhs I've tried. The sweetness and lightness is perfect for just after a heavy meal.

Warm notes of earth, mulch, etc. but this is overpowered by the berry infusions including strawberry. Could not really taste the hazelnut. Good intro to Pu erh category of tea. Smells really nice before steeping.

When I first opened the bag, the chocolate and hazelnut smell hit me automatically! I wasn't so sure about it after I brewed it and the strawberry smell became stronger, it smelled almost like this strawberry cake my family makes. It was surprisingly good, though. Sweet, but not too much so, earthy and the hazelnut and strawberry come out clearly and the chocolate isn't too overpowering.

Okay, I've got a new favorite! Opening the bag is a treat, but this tea doesn't just have a great aroma it tastes great too. Nutty, earthy, and very soothing.

Oh lawd, yes! The balance of flavors is perfect in this pu ehr. Smooth sweet earthiness, the strawberry level is just right, and the cocoa nibs are subdued compared to the hazelnut (which is absolutely fine by me, as I am a fanatic for hazelnuts). Yes indeed. And subsequent brewings are just as delicious as the first, I found.

This tea smells great from bag to brewed, I can't believe how good it smells. And of course it tastes great too, very smooth, with hints of fruit and hazelnut. This would taste wonderful with a tiny bit of cream and honey.

I was able to get the sampler free. This is my favorite by far. Smells great and tastes better. I have cutting out coffee in the morning and this is a wonderful replacement. I am not so patiently awaiting my next order.

I got this for free as part of a sampler set. This was my favorite. Almost like drinking coffee but better. The strawberry and hazelnut mix together with the earthy flavor of the tea perfectly.

Darn if that sample size of this tea didn't go fast! Initially I wasn't sure about the combo of strawberries and hazelnut which is why I ordered the sample. However, I found myself returning often to that sample and now I'm hooked! My only recourse is to hurry up and order a larger bag.

This tea was a gift for my lovely girlfriend. My personal review of it is a 4/5 (good). It has a nice earthy taste to it, it's a satisfying taste, but I wish it was a little bit more flavorful. Definitely worth trying out if you like a more earthy tea :)

This tea smelled overwhelming in the bag, yet it brewed much lighter than I expected. There was an ever so subtle artificial taste to it, yet it was still a very pleasant and drinkable tea.

★★☆☆☆

Definitely the worst tea I have tried from Adagio so far. If it wasn't a free sample, I'd be requesting a refund.
In the bag, the scent is reminiscent of kids' strawberry breakfast cereal or strawberry Yoohoo. From afar, this scent holds when brewed.
However, up close, the prevailing scent is dirt. Unfortunately, this is also the prevailing taste. I even tried a second brew, just to make sure.
There is still that lingering hint of strawberry, but I don't taste any hazelnut, and I simply can't shake the idea that I am drinking potting soil water.
Not good. This one is headed for the trash can.
