This was my first pu eh and it smelled really fruity and safe in the bag. I doubt it was bad, but I'm going to wait at least a few days to try it again.
I had never tried pu erh tea before, but this was a good start. The flavor is smooth and earthy. It might be a more acquired taste.
I was iffy about buying this tea buuuuut it's actually really nice. All the flavors are thrown in evenly. So you can really pin point the berry taste, hazelnut and cocoa... They all blend together very well. This is my first pu erh tea in general and I'm very happy that I decided to try it.

This tasted just okay. It was kinda weird. I think it would be better cold

I absolutely love this tea. It smells divine and tastes heavenly. It is smooth and although I add a little bit of brown sugar, I have yet to find a way to prepare this tea that I don't enjoy.
This is my go to anytime tea and the tea my brother always requests when I offer to make him a cup of tea (he knows better than to touch my tea without my permission, lol). In fact the only bad thing I can say about this tea is that I end up going through it so fast! I'm nearly at the point where I'll have to buy a new bag!
Wasn't sure what to expect, but this is quite lovely. Reminds me a tad bit of Franken Berry cereal, actually.
In the bag this smells great, almost like candy or trail mix or something. After brewing, I have a really hard time tasting the other flavors outside of pu-erh's 'fermented in a cave' signature. When I added milk and sugar it becomes really delightful though, and there are the complex flavors of tea and berries and nuttiness.
Delightful! This is like drinking nutella-covered strawberries. The flavors are all bold and unified- no need to add sugar. Just as indulgent as any dessert. I really can't recommend it enough.
This is my favorite tea of all the teas I've ever tried. The combination of the pu erh's smokiness and the subtle note of hazelberry is just perfect on my palate. No other tea compares.
Smells much better than it tastes, but it still tastes good.
The smell of the tea is too strong for me. It reminds me of an e-cig. I think the tea just tastes pretty much like tea. There is not much other flavor. I would say the tea is average, but for me the smell is just too off-putting. I would not buy this again, but somebody else may like it.
I don't know why but all of the Adagio blends with special flavors have this bad chemical taste.

This tasted amazing! This was the first pu erh tea I've ordered, so I was a little hesitant to try it. To me, it smells much different than it tastes. The hint of strawberry was delightful and it was an overall smooth taste.
I only gave it a 4 because it's not for me. The hazelnut put me way off. reminds me too much of coffee and I've never been a coffee drinker.
The flavors of pu erh, hazelnut, and strawberry combine to a nice smooth cup, evening out the notes that I like less to make quite the enjoyable cup of tea!

This is a very interesting tea and I love drinking it as a pick me up in the afternoon. There is a definite cocoa flavor, and the hazelnut and berry flavors come through also. I will definitely buy this one again.
I'd not tried a pu erh tea before, so I didn't know what to expect. This tea is delicious! Beautiful aroma and very flavorful.
Totally blown away by this blend at every stage. As you open the bag, the spell of the dry mix is rich and subtly sweet, the aroma as you lift your cup to take a sip has texture and depth, and each swallow is delicious and smooth, like a massage for your insides.
I recommend letting it cool down somewhat before drinking (but after pouring) to allow the flavor to mature.
My first pu erh. It has a unique flavor...but like Rooibos, when you get used to it...it's quite nice!
The reviews don't lie, this tea is amazing. You don't have to be a fan of pu erh's somewhat earthy taste to love this tea. It's the perfect balance of nutty fruity and earthy! Even my 13 yo says it's her favorite tea.
I absolutly LOVE this tea! It is the tea I reach for the most when I reach for tea. It has a great flavor and it smells just as amazing! I love the mix of the strawberry mixed with the hazelnuts. I am not a big fan of hazelnuts, but in this tea they're delightful. I love it with a teaspoon of honey and a splash of creamer. I even converted my boyfriend over to liking this tea with how I fix it! So, if you're thinking of trying this one, just go for it! You won't be sorry you did!
This is my go to tea. Great depth plus a real flavor kick from the hazel berry. I brew a pot and drink the first 2 cups hot and then put the rest in the refrigerator for ice tea later in the day. I add Truvia.
I absolutely love this tea!!! I think the pu erh teas are officially my favorite, I'm addicted!! This one in particular I really enjoy adding a little hazelnut cream to.
This is the first pu erh I ever tried and I love it. The only thing is that I think it might make me tired instead of energized, so I don't drink it every day. I think a good solution might be to mix it with a plain black tea. Hazelberry has a nice subtle strawberry type taste to it. Not quite as earthy as pu erh dante.
I am new to pu erh teas. As dark as this tea was in color, I was not expecting the smooth richness. Definitely a favorite!!!
Great earthy flavor to it. Be careful not to oversteep, it gets a weird bitter flavor to it.
I alternate between hazelberry and puerh spice for my morning cup. It is a great cup of tea, very soothing. I brew for about 5 minutes just below boiling.
I was actually a bit scared to try this one. I've had it before(and have some of Teavana's pu erh that is similar too.) but after not really liking a couple that I should have loved(including another that I have tried before) earlier today, I was a bit afraid that I wasn't going to like this one after buying a larger bag of it. Turns out I had nothing to be worried about! I need to try it iced as well, but this one warm is really good. I can definitely taste the hazelnuts best in it, but the rest of the flavour that is playing around under that make it a very yummy treat too. Plus, I like this one a lot better than Teavana's version!
Nice creamy taste, perfect amount of caffeine. Very nice on the stomache, especially after eating spicy food.

The creaminess of the tea is what I really enjoy about this particular variety. It goes great with some milk and honey...almost feels like a latte of sorts!
Very nice tea - not too fruity, and not too earthy. This is no whimpy tea! But if the dried mushroom and wet leaves taste of other pu erh teas are intimidating - try this one first. It's a good lead-in to the others. This blend is rich and comforting - slightly brothy, even. Unlike the dark black teas that are more typically a morning brew - I prefer this one for it's balance and clean flavor. I find I don't need any cream to mellow things out, and only a small amount of sweetener - honey really is best here, as it plays nicely with the woodsy notes.

I was a little concerned because it's pu-erh, which normally tastes a bit unusual to me, but it's enjoyable even to those that don't normally drink pu-erh. The hazelnut and berry flavors tame it enough to overcome the fermented tea's bold and unusual flavors.
Another wonderful use of flavors with a pu erh. The pu erh is a wonderful vehicle for delivery of flavors, and the hazelnut berry combo is delicious.
Nice mix of light strawberry with nutty taste and the smell is very nutty as well.

My boyfriend who doesn't usually like fruity tea really enjoyed this one because of the balanced flavor from the hazelnut.
The tea was not the best I've ever smelled, but after pouring it into a cup and it smelled better. The taste was really good, sweet like strawberries and creme but with a hint of earthiness or nuttiness from the hazelnut. Definitely a desert tea, comparable to the earl grey moonlight. Tasted perfect on its own.

It's not a bad tea, but it can be a bit fishy if you don't do a quick rinse of the leaves before.steeping. I feel like I'd prefer this as an iced tea, but it still has a nice flavor hot.

This is by far my favorite pu erh tea. The hazelberry and strawberry make this such a well rounded tea. I was very surprised when I expected a bitter after taste but only received this creamy ending.
