This is a lovely pu-erh tea. I enjoy drinking it on it's own or mixing it with a fruit flavored tea.
Pu Erh with rich hazelnut and playful strawberry with a hint of cream.

This is a lovely pu-erh tea. I enjoy drinking it on it's own or mixing it with a fruit flavored tea.
This is one of my favorites and definitely ordering this one again. Felt like i was drinking coffee.
Hazelnut is one of my favorite flavors. I think the berry aspect is nice because sometimes nut flavor can taste artificial. It helps to keep it from being overwhelmingly nutty.
At first impression, this tea smells absolutely wonderful both in the bag and then when brewed. It has a deep, rich flavor and the slight hint of cream (almost vanilla tasting) rounds it out very well. This might just be my new favorite. Makes for a great hot toddy with whiskey and a bit of honey; I've converted quite a few friends to tea drinkers with this blend alone.
it has a strong fruit taste, and fresh and reasonable cost per cup.
Just too ambivalent-tasting. If you're a fan of pu-erh, the berry and hazelnut flavors cut over the earthiness. If you're a fan of fruit-flavored teas, the pu-erh's earthiness washes out the berry flavor. Also, because of the flavor additions, it doesn't resteep nearly as well as a pure pu-erh.
Wow this tea is so good. I drink it sometimes before bed or just as a snack
Love Pu-Erh Chorange, so I gave this a try. It's good, but not on the level of Chorange.
I received this tea as a sample and loved it. I will definitely be ordering this one.
Did not really care for this one just because I didn't taste much berry.
Previous review noted that this was a good first pu-erh to try. It is! Good deep tea with hazelnut and berry flavor.
I was hesitant to try this since I'm not a huge fan of pu-erh teas but it was really good.
Probably the best Pu-Erh tea that I have had. The other ones have this flavor after about 3/4 of the cup but this tea does not
Pu-Erh teas are so unique, and they tickle my palate every time I try one. The Pu-Erh Hazelberry is so pleasant and bright for such a full-bodied tea profile. I will definitely be making cup after cup of this one!
I'm not much of a solo pu-erh drinker, but I enjoy the flavor it adds in mixes, and this is by far my favorite and I brew it strong.
Rich, nutty, creamy, with just a hint of strawberries.
My morning cup.
My 9 year-old son loves this one so much, he'll ask for it at restaurants!
This tean is rich and fruity. Is one of my favorites
I was intrigued about trying this tea because pu-erh is supposed to have damp, earthy notes to it and I was hoping that the strawberry and hazelnut notes would mingle well with it. I think I prefer other teas, though, because I could still detect those forest-y undertones, which was a little off-putting to me. I'm going to try brewing it for a bit longer and seeing if it tweaks the taste a bit. *UPDATE* I brewed this tea for a minute or two longer that I brewed it the first time, and it did bring the strawberry through a bit more, which I think helped with the flavor.
This has become a family favorite. And now order the large bag. We have even blende it with the Honeybush Hazelnut. Highly recommend it.
I have a weakness for pu-erh, but my favorite flavor is no longer manufactured, so I tried three from Adagio. At first this wasn't my favorite, but it grew on me, cup after cup. I went from one cup of this a day to two. I drink a lot of tea, so I was having other types throughout the day, but would have had more of this if I were not forced to ration my initial purchase. I finally used up my two bags (15 tea bags in each) of pu-erh hazelberry yesterday, and how I miss it today! Of the three I sampled, this onehttps://www.adagio.com/images5/products_index/pu_erh_hazelberry.jpg is in first place. Wonderful, smooth, rich...
Not sure I would have ordered this if I'd realized it had chocolate in it (I don't like fruit mixed with chocolate, it tastes rancid to me, I thought this was just hazelnut + berry). It doesn't taste as bad as other Pu-Erh teas, but I don't think I'd order it again.
My new favorite! It reminds me a little of Cap'n Crunch Berries...but in a good way. It is definitely sweet. I add a little vanilla creamer and it is a treat.
I first bought it as a sampler,
but this tea was superbly wonderful and magical and dreamy that I had to purchase another full sized pack!
This tea is amazing pretty much any way you make it. Hot, iced, cold-brew, with milk, without... I add frozen strawberries to it, it's great.
I m not a huge fan of most strawberry flavors, but this is now one of my favourite teas! The review describing it as something Ents would offer to you won me over. The scent in the bag is sweet and creamy strawberry with just a hint of the hazelnut, and when brewed the smooth earthiness of the pu-erh comes out. This was my first time trying pu-erh, and I love its lack of bitterness. It s the perfect tea to steep for multiple cups, and my new go-to!
Strange tea, but it could be the way I brewed it. I'm glad I tried it as it definitely is a tea that might grow on one after awhile.
This was a good tea. It had an interesting flavor with the combination of hazelnut and berries.
It s delicious! Liked it alot, a smooth tea although it has strong hazel flavour and chocolate scent still very nice!
Delicious! Slight hints of fruit but not overpowering.
this is a really great black tea that smells a little bit like leather and chocolate!
This was a good tea. I'm a fan of Pu Erh anyway, but I enjoyed the earthy taste. It reminds me of the barn where I used to ride horses, with all the old leather in the dusty tackroom... in a good way. X)
There's something about the combination of flavors in this pu erh. It's got the earthy classic taste slightly softened by sweet hazelnut. I wish I could taste the berry a bit more, but I am not disappointed. I am almost done with my second order.
His is my ultimate favorite. Doesn't taste like traditional black or green teas. Musky, mushroo and my(?) and absolutely delicious!
Solid tea. The 'Hazelberry' flavoring is pretty good, it just didn't jump out as spectacular.
I love the creamy feel of the pu erh teas. I'm still getting to know this one. The berry is quite faint but a pinch of sugar or honey brings it a little more in focus.
This is my favorite tea right now. Smooth, sweet, and creamy. A great cup of tea!
A detailed flavored profile is out of the questions as I finished this off a few months ago. I ordered 7 teas from here and this was my favorite, however, the one thing I can tell you about all flavored teas is that when you get them be sure mix them well as lighter ingredients migrate towards the top of the bag. I remember getting strong strawberry presents with the first cup , which disappeared thereafter. I still enjoyed the tea greatly but I'm sure it would have been even better if I had remixed it. This was a constant with all flavored teas we purchased. Written flavor profiles are pretty accurate, sans the difference in our taste buds. You know what you like and will find those flavors present if you mix your tea. Brewed as recommend on the bag.
This tea is very smooth. I will definitely purchase it again.
Not a bad pu erh for those who may not like the normal pu erh. For me, it's not too fruity by has a good aroma and taste.
I was excited to try this tea, and it did not disappoint. It wasn't the favorite of my order (pu-er chorange was the winner) but i would not hesitate to order this again.
Love this tea, which is my new fave! I was dubious because I do not usually like teas with fruit flavoring because they typically taste artificial to me. The fruit flavor here is subtle and does not taste artificial. Very smooth and easy to drink. Will order this in bulk!
Has the nice strong flavor you would expect from a pu erh. The 'hazelberry' flavoring works well with the natural flavor of the tea.
Personally I do not enjoy the muddy aftertaste of this tea.
We often call this the 'Cap'n Crunch tea' in our house because the yummy aroma when we open the bag reminds us of the sugary cereal from our childhoods, in a good way! It makes a delicious, sweet treat with some sugar and cream.
Opening the bag, the scent weirdly reminded me of some kind of cereal... Fruit Loops or Special K w/Strawberries, but in a good way?
Taste-wise, the strawberry is immediately noticeable without being overpowering. The hazelnut is subtle at first, and develops as the temp drops a bit. Pu erh is a personal favorite, so no complaints there.
I always add honey, and it works well with this blend.
I love hazelnut and strawberry, so this tea doesn't disappoint. Almost like having dessert! And great for soothing a stressed out tummy.
Ok. So this is my favorite tea (so far)! I can't explain how tasty this is. It's nutty, but not too mouth so. It has just enough sweetness that you can taste the fruit, but it's not overpowering. I'm sure this will be used up quick, and I can't wait to order more. Highly recommended!! I prefer it with honey over regular sugar or amber crystals but I'm pretty sure there is no wrong way to make this.
I actually make this tea iced along with the blackberry tea. it makes for a good mix.
Tastes like Spring strawberries––almost like dessert!
If I were a coffee drinker, I would probably enjoy this tea more. I did find when I mixed a small amount of it with a strong sweet fruit flavor, it gave it almost a candied or chocolate flavor which was nice...but if I used just a smidge more it overpowered the teas.
