*** Won't turn it down if somebody offered me a cup.

First tea that I tried with a splash of milk. Smells wonderful.

★★★★★

One of my favorite Tea Coffee blends!! Would love more choices of ones where the coffee is more forward and more flavors.

I enjoyed how it smelled. It was nice to try. I am an Adagio tea fan. I look forward to trying more flavors.

★★★★★

This is my favorite late-morning tea! Robust and smooth, great with a splash of milk, a hint of coffee but not too much.

WOW!! This is just an amazing tea. I did add just a bit of half and half to it and it made it very creamy. Next time I will try it without the creamer. Definitely on my wish list.

Love this tea; however, I wish there were more coffee beans in it. I find that at most I can have two beans per cup. So either more beans or more coffee flavor is needed. Enough beans for 3-4 per cup would be perfection.

Yes very unique taste--you sip and wonder, you try to define all the characters--an absolute must for those who are inquisitive

★★★★★

Love this as a coffee substitute! It truly hits the spot without being as aggressive as coffee can be.

★★★★☆

After purchasing so many teas from Adagio, my coffee drinking days have become much less frequent. I tried this one to see if I could strike a balance between tea and coffee. It was good, warm with a spot of milk, but I would’ve enjoyed more vanilla notes.

★★★★★

my boyfriend and I both love this one and we usually don't overlap in flavor preferences with tea. perfect for transitioning between coffee and tea

This is absolutely amazing! I love a good cup of coffee, but I am more fond of tea. This has a little bit of both, it seems. It is a delicious surprise in a mug. I'm hoping to sway my husband over to tea from coffee with this gem!

I never was an enormous fan of the taste of coffee, but generally used it for the ease of access to caffeine. I have however always loved the smell of the coffee aisle or coffee shops. Somehow this tones down that bitter coffee taste, and brings it closer to that pleasant scent that I love. Plus it has a stronger coffee kick when you need that extra boost.

Quite tasty but not as much of a coffee flavor as expected.

Oh my goodness! What a blessing to have a smooth coffee flavor in tea which is gentle to the digestion. This is my constant morning companion.

★★☆☆☆

I write this review as someone who acknowledges I am not this tea's target audience. I hate the taste of coffee but I had a sample pack of this in the advent calendar and it wasn't bad. I bought a larger sample, but that proved to be my downfall. The coffee taste/smell is way to strong. For those who like coffee, I'm sure this tea is wonderful, but if you don't like it, do not buy this! You will be very disappointed.

★★★☆☆

Kinda meh. I hate the suburbs because you don't get the diversity and culture of the city, and you also dont get the adventure of the country. This is like that sad inbetween of the suburbs, except it's stuck between coffee and tea

If you don't like puerh then you won't like this— VERY pungently puerh! Sometimes the natural earthiness of puerhs don't come out so much in blends and this is not one of those delicates blend. In the bag the forest floor notes are very small and behind a strong and lovely coffee aroma. Once steeped, you get the full forest floor notes and the coffee is quite delicate. Puerh with a gentle evolution of vanilla and coffee. With cream and sugar, some cocoa notes come out and the coffee is more pronounced. Both ways are delicious but if you prefer your tea steeped lighter like I do, I think you'll also prefer it black.

One of my favorite morning blends. The tea is rich and very, very smooth. The added coffee flavor is a perfect match for the full-flavored pu erh. A wonderful cup!

I love coffee as much as I love pu-erh so this blend is perfect! It brews up dark and has an earthy and good, strong coffee flavor. I add a little cream and sweetener sometimes. It's great as a latte too.

This is a pretty good tea, and a decent replacement for a cup of coffee. I found myself wanting a bit more flavor, though. I will drink the rest of my stash, but will probably not reorder.

I’ve had a difficult time getting a strong flavor despite trying different steeping times and leaf to water ratios but the flavor is still pleasant despite that

Not a coffee drinker but my spouse is. As someone who dislikes the taste of coffee, I can say this tea is actually pretty good! It has the smell without the icky bitter ā€œcoffee taste.ā€

★★★★★

Delicious tea. Like drinking coffee but alot milder. Would buy again. Super fast shipping. Excellent service.

★★★☆☆

It was ok. I ordered tea bags. I feel like if it is called coffee, there should be more coffee beans in it. Kind of bland for my taste.

I wanted to love this but not so much - the flavor combination of tea and coffee didn't work in my opinion.

I liked it the idea of this tea being a replacement of my coffee craving. It was certainly different from drinking coffee, I like the effort that Adagio Tea put into this product. I ended up making this tea by adding the same portion of French Chicory that helped quite a bit to have my coffee experience. I would love to see French Chicory in Adagio's product like (would LOVE to purchase regularly).

★★★★★

Absolutely delicious both hot and cold, with or without milk. It also has a nice vanilla-y flavor to it which is nice

Delicious taste without the nervous feeling that coffee gives. It has a nice blend of coffee and tea. This is an excellent surprise of combination of tea and coffee beans.

I absolutely love this flavor. I haven't met a flavor I haven't liked. Some I definitely prefer more than others!
This flavor helps when I'm craving coffee

I have always liked the scent of coffee better than the taste, and so I was not sure about this tea. It's perfect--rich and lightly sweet.

★★★☆☆

I enjoy both coffee and pu-erh, so was looking forward to this one—but in execution it doesn’t quite do it for me. I can taste the coffee, but it lacks the depth of a real drip coffee. I can taste the pu-erh, but there isn’t enough of it to give that rich pu-erh profile. Together the two flavors are just a little bit flat. Still, it is nice for getting the flavor of a morning coffee when the acidity of drip coffee would be too much.

makes a great boba tea! I brewed strong, added milk, and added fresh brown-sugar-boba. I have not tried this hot, but the flavors stand up the milk well.

★★★★★

Earthy, smooth & delicious blend packed with a high caffeine punch. Pu-erh and coffee rock the party in my cup when I steep it with cinnamon pieces, then add a splash of cream and a dribble of honey which brings out that faint cocoa flavor. Nice cup of tea, er' coffee, you choose what to call it.

★★★★☆

Usually not a fan of pu-erh but pu-erh coffee has a nice coffee smell and taste without the full blow hit of coffee. This is my 'coffee' fix when I can't have a full cup of coffee - because I love coffee but it doesn't like me.

★★★★☆

A fairly solid tea but I don't find it as evocative of coffee as the chicarino. I thought it would be like a more funky and intent chicarino but it's more bland.

★☆☆☆☆

I could not get past the way it smelled. I am just not a pu-erh fan, I guess. I did not brew it.

★★★★★

I really recommend this tea because of the underlying coffee flavor. I am not a coffee drinker, but love the smell. This tea blends well with honey and milk for a yummy drink to sip on.

★★★★★

I got this for my daughter as a substitute for coffee beans. Pairs well with the caramel also

Love this Pu-Erh Coffee Tea. The coffee beans smooth out the flavor of the Pu-Erh. Coffee upsets my stomach, and this is a nice alternative.

★★★★★

This is a favorite of my husband and I. I recently switched from coffee to tea and this is much gentler on my stomach while still giving me a nice boost

★★★★★

strong earthy tase. If you like coffe and spices you will love this tea avery morning for good start of day

I liked this tea but it wasn't quite tea or coffee somewhere in the middle so for me I think I would rather have one or another

★★★★★

I only occasionally drink coffee, typically when a good tea is not available, but for me this is a pretty darn good tea. I enjoy the coffee taste and find it to be another good secondary tea to supplement my chai addiction. This tea goes well with anything you might typically drink coffee with.
